From obstructed corner to a clear driveway between block 34 and 35. Drivers are blind when turning on this curve due to the crowded banana trees. This is considered hazard and may result to accident.

It has also become a desirable place to stay for snakes. The volunteers found one while clearing the area.

Today we are bringing back the brightness in the street of Happy Homes Fairview 2. Busted and damage street lights were repaired by the barangay electrician supervised by Kagawad Jometh. Next week they are installing 8 new street light in our community. Walking will never be as dark as before. Thank you so much for hearing our call!

Reminder to our neighborhood. Please turn on the street light near you before dark and turn it off during daylight. Failure to do so may result to removal of street light.

Due to heavy rain, the General Assembly meeting was rescheduled on 1st of December. We started the meeting by playing a short video about RA 9904 to educate the homeowners of their duties and responsibilities.

The board presented what has been done in the past three weeks, the plan for the upcoming months and the issues and concern.

We are now a step closer to register our association to the proper authorities.

An uprooted bamboo grass and old dead tree that was obstructing the water flow was successfully removed through Bayanihan.
