Last October 15, 2025, the USBONG Kabataan Scholars’ Provincial Council had the honor of conducting an organizational orientation during the CNPGCEAP Educational Assistance Distribution at SM City Daet Event Hall.🎓✨

We’re deeply grateful to the Community Affairs Office for this incredible opportunity to connect with our community and amplify our mission of empowering youth through education. This event wasn’t just about distributing assistance—it was about inspiring Scholars with a Purpose to lead, learn, and uplift one another. 📚

The Usbong Kabataan Scholars' Provincial Council, in collaboration with Union of Supreme Student Government (USSG) and the College of Business and Public Administration Student Government (CBPA - SG) of Camarines Norte State College (CNSC), successfully conducted a hot meal distribution and provided relief goods to communities, students, and families in CNSC-Abaño Campus, CNSC-Mercedes, and Barangay VII in Mercedes.

We extend our sincere gratitude to the CBPA, CBPA - SG, NSTP Office and NSTP Student Batch 2024 - 2025 headed by DR. JOCELYN O. TORIO of Camarines Norte State College for their generous sponsorship of the relief goods. Your support was instrumental in providing much-needed assistance to those affected by Typhoon Opong.

We deeply appreciate all the volunteers who dedicated their time and effort to this cause.

Usbong Kabataan is a youth-led initiative dedicated to creating a unified body for scholars in Camarines Norte. As a member of the Usbong Kabataan Scholars' Provincial Council, you'll collaborate with fellow scholars, share experiences and resources, and participate in activities like volunteer work, workshops, and advocacy programs. 💡

The Certificate of Acknowledgment, signed by Ms. Christabell Angelica R. Abaño, RN, MPA, Community Affairs Officer IV, on August 19, 2025, underscores Usbong Kabataan's commitment to service, academic excellence, and youth empowerment within the province.

The organization, comprised of dedicated scholars from various schools, aims to foster unity, leadership, and a shared vision of a progressive community led by responsible and empowered youth. The CAO expressed its appreciation for Usbong Kabataan's invaluable support and partnership in this meaningful endeavor.
