A collective union of young artists from the various towns and municipalities of Camarines Norte from diverse fields of art such as spoken word poetry, dance, music photography, drawing/visual arts. theatre, film making, public speaking & creative writing. The guild was established on March 24, 2016 at Kuyakoy Art Cafe with Alberto Abanes and Fe Pagado as its founders and advisers. The current president of the guild for 2016 to present is Glenn Paul V.
