General Objective: (First Aid) 1. To implement PRC emergency First Aid programmed. 2. To be prepared at all times to respond to emergencies with rescue, First Aid and transportation of Casualties. 3. to perform First Aid and transportation of casualties in time of natural disasters, conflict situations of violence, major accident and other emergencies. 4. to inform the Chapter RCAT focal person on
any emergency situation within the area of responsibility if it comes to his/her knowledge. 5. To improve efficiency and knowledge on techniques of rescue, First Aid, handling mass casualties, ect. By practicing regularly during RCAT monthly meeting. 6. To organize monthly first aid post with Learn First Aid in 15 Minutes activity as planned in PRC - ICRC cooperation programmed. 7. Extend support to other groups ( i. dissemination/SAF, DM/RFL) as and when requested
General Objective: (DMS) 1. To remain ready and available for emergency deployment in time of actual disaster, conflict/ other situation of violence (OSV) and other emergencies. 2. To perform assessment and delivery of relief/assistance to the victims of natural disasters, conflict/ OSV and other emergencies. 3. To implement PRC activities in the area of disaster risk reduction. 4. To assess needs for early recovery assistance after disasters. 5. to improve efficiency and knowledge on disaster response by practicing (simulation, role play etc.) regularly during RCAT monthly meeting. 6. To extend support to the First Aid Group in time of emergencies. General Objective: (RFL) 1 To be ready and available for emergency deployment in time of natural disaster, conflict/other situations of violence and other emergencies. 2. To conduct assessment and delivery of welfare assistance to the victims of the natural disaster, conflict/other situation of violence and other type of emergencies. 3. To implement PRC activities in the area of welfare. 4. To assess psychosocial needs of the affected population during and after disaster and other emergencies. 5. To extend support to the First Aid and DM group in time of emergencies. 6. To implement psychosocial support Psychological First Aid (PFA) stress debriefing during and other emergencies. 7. To implement Restoring Family Links (RFL) support/tracing during disasters and other emergencies. 8.
