𝐌𝐔𝐑𝐀𝐋 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐏𝐄𝐑 𝐅𝐎𝐑 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐂𝐀𝐏𝐀𝐂𝐈𝐓𝐘 𝐄𝐍𝐇𝐀𝐍𝐂𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓 𝐎𝐅 𝐘𝐎𝐔𝐓𝐇 𝐈𝐍 𝐀𝐑𝐓𝐒, organized by the Provincial Youth Development Office (PYDO), held on April 22, 2026 at the 3rd Floor of the Old Provincial Jail, Provincial Capitol.

Some of our BCAEd students participated in a Mural Painting Competition, demonstrating that their passion for the arts extends beyond academic requirements.

This initiative is part of the Mural Art Workshop and Competition of the Provincial Government of Camarines Norte, aimed at enhancing the artistic skills and creative expression of the youth.

We commend our students for their initiative, dedication, and commitment to the arts.

𝐈𝐍 𝐏𝐇𝐎𝐓𝐎𝐒 | The 𝟯𝗿𝗱 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 students of 𝗠𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗻𝗶 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲𝘀, 𝗜𝗻𝗰., as part of their 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗘𝘅𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 (𝗖𝗘𝗦) program entitled “𝑨𝒍𝒂𝒚 𝑯𝒂𝒌𝒃𝒂𝒏𝒈 𝑻𝒖𝒏𝒈𝒐 𝒔𝒂 𝑲𝒂𝒓𝒖𝒏𝒖𝒏𝒈𝒂𝒏: 𝑺𝑰𝑲𝑳𝑨𝑩 – 𝑺𝒊𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒃𝒊𝒍𝒂𝒏𝒈 𝑰𝒏𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒖𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒐 𝒏𝒈 𝑲𝒂𝒂𝒍𝒂𝒎𝒂𝒏 𝒂𝒕 𝑳𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒏𝒈 𝒔𝒂 𝑨𝒍𝒂𝒃 𝒏𝒈 𝑩𝒖𝒌𝒂𝒔,” conducted an educational tour at 𝗠𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗼 𝗕𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗻.

During the visit, the participants explored important history of 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝗡𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗲, including significant events, notable individuals, and well-known establishments that shaped the province’s identity. This experience helped deepen their appreciation of local culture and heritage beyond the classroom.

After the tour, the young participants completed a reflection activity, where they shared their insights and learnings.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the 𝗠𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗼 𝗕𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗻 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗳𝗳 for warmly accommodating our group and allowing us to have this meaningful and educational experience.

Under the guidance of their instructor,𝗝𝗼𝗮𝗻 𝗚. 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗮 𝗥𝗼𝘀𝗮, 𝗟𝗣𝗧, the 𝗕𝗖𝗔𝗘𝗱 𝟯𝗿𝗱-𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 successfully wrapped up the 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝟭 subject with an a ca****la performance of “𝙆𝙖𝙮 𝙂𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙖 𝙣𝙜 𝘼𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙈𝙪𝙨𝙞𝙠𝙖” 𝙗𝙮 𝗥𝘆𝗮𝗻 𝗖𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗯𝘆𝗮𝗯, inspired by the a ca****la arrangement of the 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗱𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿𝘀.

The performance was led by 𝗗𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗻 𝗔𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗻 𝗔𝗹𝗮𝗴𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗲, who guided the group during practices and coordinated the overall flow of the performance.

We would like to thank 𝗠𝗮’𝗮𝗺 𝗝𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗶 𝗔𝘆𝗮 𝗔𝗰𝘂𝗹𝗮 for serving as the judge of the presentation, for providing constructive comments and critiques, and for offering valuable insights that helped the students reflect on their performance and improve their skills.
