A sudden cardiac arrest can happen anywhere, anytime. And when it does, the seconds we spend waiting matter. CPR is more than a skill. It’s the knowledge to act when someone’s heartbeat is at stake.

This 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐚 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐝𝐚𝐲✨, we encourages everyone to learn the basics of CPR. Because in an emergency, the right knowledge in the right hands can make all the difference.

It’s difficult to understand something we have never experienced. But what about the people in pain we cannot see, and the cries for help we cannot hear, even though we live in a world with eyes and ears?

To everyone struggling with their mental health, know that you MATTER, you are HEARD, and remember that you are also just a human with emotions, struggles, and vulnerabilities, just like anyone else in this world.

Reach out to someone you trust, someone you feels safe with. You dont need to carry the world in your back, and You do not need to have the right words to explain what you feel. Sometimes, saying “I’m not okay” is enough to begin.

Your voices will echo in the hearts of those who will listen, and may their comfort and words reach the deepest corners of your minds where self-doubt and negativity cannot define who you are.

Today we Celebrate the World Mental health Day, may we learn to see beyond what is visible and listen beyond what is spoken. Because not everyone who smiles is okay, and not everyone who struggles knows how to ask for help.

If you have any concerns, always remember we are ready to hear your story, contact us our fb page.

In October, we wear pink!💗

As we welcome October, we also embrace and amplify, with our voices, our compassion, and our attention, BREAST CANCER AWARENESS MONTH.

This month is for everyone who is forced to carry the scars of battles they have faced, for those still fighting against it, and for the families who stand beside them. May these scars serve not as a painful reminder of the past, but as testaments to bravery, resilience, and strength to keep moving forward.

May we continue to support those who are fighting, celebrate those who have survived, and remember those whose stories remain in our hearts.

Let us wear pink with purpose, speak with compassion, and turn awareness into action.🎀✨
