day 06 || Flores de Mayo

A child shared a bible verse in front of (kapwa niya ni join sa Flores) Romans 3:10 — “There is no one righteous, not even one,” it reminds us nga kitang tanan makasasala ug dili perpekto. Walay usa nato ang mahimong matarong pinaagi lang sa atong kaugalingong kusog, mao nga kinahanglan nato ang grasya ug kaluoy sa Ginoo. This verse humbles us and teaches us to acknowledge our weaknesses and turn back to Him with a sincere heart.

Busa sa atong pagpadayon niining Flores de Mayo, let us remain humble and continue seeking God’s mercy and guidance. Magpadayon ta sa pag-ampo ug paghinulsol, knowing that His love is greater than our sins. In Him, we find forgiveness, hope, and a chance to become better each day.🫶🫶🫶

𝗗𝗔𝗬 𝟬𝟱 || 𝗙𝗟𝗢𝗥𝗘𝗦 𝗗𝗘 𝗠𝗔𝗬𝗢

A one young child shared a bible verse, Isaiah 41:10 — “Do not fear, for I am with you,” this reminds us nga dili ta angay mahadlok sa mga pagsulay nga atong giatubang. Kay ang Ginoo kanunay naa sa atong kiliran, naghatag kusog ug paglaum bisan sa kalisod. Bisan unsa pa ka bug-at ang atong gibati, we are never alone because God is always guiding and protecting us.

So padayon ta sa atong pagtuo ug pagsalig kaniya. In every step we take, let us hold on to His promise nga dili ta niya biyaan. Through prayers and faith, we find strength, courage, and peace. Flores de Mayo is not just a celebration, but a reminder that God’s love is always with us.🫂🫶

As 𝗦𝘄𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗻 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗰𝗲 shared a Bible verse on the fourth day of Flores de Mayo, 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗯𝘀 𝟯:𝟱 — “𝚃𝚛𝚞𝚜𝚝 𝚒𝚗 𝚝𝚑𝚎 𝙻𝚘𝚛𝚍 𝚠𝚒𝚝𝚑 𝚊𝚕𝚕 𝚘𝚏 𝚢𝚘𝚞𝚛 𝚑𝚎𝚊𝚛𝚝,” it reminds us nga bisan usahay lisod sabton ang mga butang nga atong giagian, kinahanglan gihapon ta mosalig sa Ginoo. Dili man nato makita dayon ang rason sa tanan, pero kabalo ta nga naa siyay mas dako ug nindot nga plano para sa matag usa kanato. Ang atong pagsalig dili lang kutob sa pulong, kundi makita pud sa atong buhat ug pagtuo matag adlaw.

So as we continue this Flores de Mayo journey, hinaot nga we open our hearts fully to the Lord ug kang Mama Mary. Let us continue to pray, trust, and love even more, especially in times nga murag lisod na sabton ang tanan. Because in the end, when we place our trust in God, we know that we will never be alone and never be led astray.💗

Day 03 || Flores de Mayo

It’s so heartwarming to see how young children today can already share Bible verses and open their hearts to our Lord Jesus Christ and Mama Mary. One child even said, “John 11:11, love your mother and father because you will never get another.” In their simple words, we can already see a deep understanding of love, respect, and faith.

Moments like this remind us how important it is to guide them while they are still young. As youth catechists, we are blessed to witness their sincerity and eagerness to learn about God. May they continue to grow in faith, with kind hearts and strong love for the Lord. God bless dodong ug indayon, palangga mos inyung mga sister catechists!💗✨

Behind a successful event, there were people who worked quietly, gave their time selflessly, and poured their hearts into every detail.
