HEARTS FULL, TUMMIES HAPPY and MEMORIES MADE- MERRY CHRISTMAS❤️

The CGA CHRISTMAS PARTY was overflowing and loaded with joy- laughters from the CGA menbers and smiles from our unfaltering benefactors.

Indeed, the true magic of our Christmas celebration came not just from the gifts and games, but from the enjoyment, forgiveness and giggles that made it all possible.

The Yuletide season reminds us that happiness grows when it is shared. And this year's Christmas Party was undeniably
memorable.

Thank you to these sponsors who brought light, love, and hope to the members of CURRIMAO GAY ASSOCIATION:

CELEBRATING CHRISTMAS with our SAGIP KABAHAGHARI PROJECT BENEFICIARY❤️

Ealier today, we unfolded again one of the heartfelt stories from our SAGIP KABAHAGHARI PROJECT. We are undeniably inspired by the resilience, strength and hope shown by our optimistic friend, Nhess Antipolo. Her story fuels our commitment to serve more with compassion, commitment and purpose.

Truly, every kindness has the power to shape someone's story and relieve someone's struggle. These gestrures-big or small became moments of hope to someone suffering and battling for a certain fight. HANG IN THERE, NESS🙏

This noble project of CGA would not be possible without the financial support of these altruistic individuals:

GOOD PEOPLE ARE BLESSED❤️

Kindness is a quiet power. It does not shout, it does not rush, it does not expect anything in return. It shows in gentle words, in patience, in understanding, and in small acts that often go unnoticed.

This morning, we had our Christmas Get Together. Part of our Yuletide Party this year was the PROJECT PAGKAIN AT PAGMAMAHAL - a feeding program that resolutely brings smile and hope to the children of CURRIMAO.

We gladly commend the munificence of the OWNER and MANAGER of BATTULAYAN CAREHOME , Mrs. MYLENE MADRIAGA BATTULLAYAN for selflessly pouring out her blessings to the preschoolers of Barangays TAPAO- TIGUE and TORRE, CURRIMAO, ILOCOS NORTE. She is a silent giver, a Mother Theresa by heart .

Truly, in a world that can sometimes feel fast and overwhelming, the simple act of compassion of Mrs.MYLENE M. BATTULAYAN, together with her supportive husband, BENIE BATTULLAYAN stood out like a warm light that illuminates unconditional love and unrivaled altruism.

Thank you so much for showing even the smallest gesture of giving that can touch
Hearts and inspires others. Your generosity is truly appreciated and never forgotten.

Thank you also to Ma'am Nelia Dadulla , Ma'am Gladys Albino Flojo , and Ma'am Merlina Exevea for supporting our feeding program as they allowed as to execute our purpose at their respective CDCs.

Indeed, NO ONE CAN BRING A PERSON with a HEART OF GOLD down!

Merry Christmas to all!

"Changes start when citizens UNITE for common GOOD."

Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) play an imperative role in shaping communities, and strengthening democratic governance.

Being part of the CSO offers opportunities to make meaningful and significant con tributions to community development.

This afternoon, CURRIMAO GAY ASSOCIATION received its CERTIFICATE of ACCREDITATION from the Office of Sangguniang Bayan under the tutelage of our seasoned VICE MAYOR, HON. Judz B. Quilala. This is a manifestation of our remarkable participation in building a more structured community, promoting a culture of ethical service, sense of commitment, unadulturated integrity and social empowerment.

Also with us on this community breakthrough were SBM Elmer Reyno -the author of CGA, SBM Margarita Allado and SBM Janet Gonzales Aglipay, MLGOO EDEN LARA, and Ma'am Stella Mariz DB.

In essence, CSOs are the heartbeat of democracy-nurturing active citizenship, promoting social justice and ensuring that every voice counts and matters in the pursuit of a more equitable and sustainable world.

Indeed, CGA always participates for CHANGE!

Long live, CURRIMAO GAY ASSOCIATION!

May you rest in peace, Brandy Howards 💔

Be our guiding star as we continue to quest for equality and acceptance.

You are one of the most admirable cornerstones in fighting for LBGTQIA+ rights. You were destined to be an icon of hope, altruism, vivacity, and your greatness in etching significant ideas and visions for the rainbow community in the province will always live on.

You will be missed... You are now LEGACY!🥹💔🙏

Our PRIDE, our RIGHT!

June is pride month- a time to celebrate love, identity, and strengthen the LGBTQIA+ Community. It is a powerful reminder of how far we've come, how far we will have to conquer to achieve equality.PRIDE is not just a celebration- it is a PROTEST, a HISTORY, a PROMISE.

Yesterday, CURRIMAO GAY ASSOCIATION and LGU CURRIMAO participated in the Provincial Pride Celebration held at LAOAG CITY, in front of Provincial Capitol.

This year's theme, "RISE UP: PRIDE IN PROTEST is a battlecry for us who have been sheltered in the shadow of discrimination, prejudice and inexplicable
hate. And now, yesterday's event liberated us in a way with grit, confidence and assurance that we are now fenced with genuine allies.

Part of this gender celebration was the SEARCH for MISS PRIDE QUEEN. ARWINA BUNAGAN was our representative and she finished the competition as top 10 finalist. She really exuded an incomparable vibrancy and showed off commendable fighting spirit. She was also awarded, MISS PANGIL BEACH RESORT, MISS 77 GEN. MERCHANDISE and MISS ERIKA'S ARTS AND SIGNS.

CURRIMAO GAY ASSOCIATION bagged the BIGGEST DELEGATION AWARD .This is an affirmation that we support this kind of celebration-it is truly our pride.

We would like to grab this chance to thank LGU CURRIMAO under the flagship of our astute and indefatigable MAYOR, HON. Edward “Boyet” Quilala for his unmatched support and unrivaled dedication in promoting equality and for supporting this kind of activity.

Thank you also to our active GAD FOCAL PERSON, Ma'am Marites Failma Bulosan Balanay .

Thank you also to these beautiful souls who supported our candidate all the way!
