1. Treat others as you would treat them in person or how you would like to be treated. Avoid name calling and refrain from using profane words in addressing your concerns. Do not impersonate another person
2. Avoid advertising or campaigning. Do not flood the wall/ site to endorse and promote any product, cause or candidate. Do not post chain letters or pyramid schemes. These activities may be done in other environment, not here.
3. Avoid political comments. We are here to help you regarding your election concerns, to answer and take action to your reports and help you in whatever way we can. Though you are entitled to your opinion, please do so in another forum and not in this site.
4. Keep comments and questions on topic. As this site is established for the purpose of giving real-time update and 24-hour access to your election concerns, let us keep it that way. Though we would try our best to course you to proper authorities for off-topic questions, this may take a while.
5. For your reports, please include all necessary information for faster action such as nature of the complaint, where it was witnessed, who were involved, when it happened and if you can, attach pictures. However, to protect the privacy of the persons reported except those who are known to have standing warrant/s of arrest issued by any competent court in the country, and to ensure everyone’s constitutional right of the “due process of the law”, the PNP SAFE 2013 admin shall delete/report post and the data will be stored confidentially for investigation purposes.
6. Everything boils down to RESPECT. Do not post materials that infringes upon the rights of others including intellectual property and privacy rights. PNP SAFE 2013 reserves the right to remove spam, posts comments and materials which do not conform to the given guidelines.
