April 14, 2026 Legal Assistance, Facility Monitoring, and Distribution of Hygiene Kits by BHRC-Maguindanao Del Sur Provincial Office in collaboration and assistance with PAO and Cotabato Chapter

A joint outreach activity was successfully conducted at the Provincial Jail, Cotabato City, focused on delivering legal assistance, monitoring facility conditions, and distributing hygiene kits to persons deprived of liberty (PDLs).

The activity was spearheaded by the Bangsamoro Human Rights Commission - Maguindanao del Sur Provincial Office under the leadership of Provincial Director Atty. Asnaima S. Abo, together with her dedicated staff, in collaboration with the Public Attorney's Office headed by Chief Atty. Yusoph Binsuan, and with the support of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines - Cotabato Chapter.

We also extend our sincere appreciation to Provincial Warden PMAJ. Kautin Sebpao and the staff of the Provincial Jail for their invaluable support and cooperation, which greatly contributed to the success of this activity.
