𝗞𝗮𝘂𝗻𝗮-𝘂𝗻𝗮𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗴𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 & 𝗕𝗶𝗼𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 (𝗠𝗔𝗕𝗘𝗢) 𝘀𝗮 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝟬𝟮, 𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗴 𝘀𝗮 𝗯𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻 𝗻𝗴 𝗘𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗴𝘂𝗲, 𝗜𝘀𝗮𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗮.

Isinulong at pinangunahan ni Mayor Faustino “Inno” Dy V. ang inisyatibang ito, na naging pormal sa bisa ng Municipal Ordinance No. 2026-025 na ipinasa at inaprubahan ng Sangguniang Bayan ng Echague.

Sa pamamagitan ng MABEO, mas mapagtutuunan ng pansin ang mga serbisyong may kinalaman sa agricultural modernization at mechanization, farm and agricultural infrastructure, environmental protection, disaster resilience, at paggamit ng science at technology para sa mas produktibo at sustainable na agrikultura.

Kaugnay dito, nagsagawa ng inspection at monitoring visit ang Professional Regulatory Board of Agricultural & Biosystems Engineering (PRB-ABE) na pinangunahan ni Chairperson Sherwin Valdez at Mr. Jack Wassig, Professional Regulation Officer IV ng Professional Regulation Commission Region II. Kinilala naman nila ang Echague bilang model LGU sa pagtatatag ng tanggapang ito na isang hakbang na maaaring maging halimbawa sa iba pang lokal na pamahalaan sa buong bansa.

PSABE Annual National Convention 2027 goes to

ERRATUM:
​Please be advised that the earlier announcement naming Ilocos as the venue for the 2027 PSABE National Convention was premature. While Ilocos is currently being considered as a potential location, there has been no final decision yet from the PSABE Board of Trustees.

​Official confirmation regarding the 2027 venue will be released only after the board has concluded its formal deliberations. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused.
