SUCCESSFUL FREE VETERINARY MEDICAL MISSION! 💚🐾

Our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who contributed to the success of the Brigada Eskwela 2026 – Free Veterinary Medical Mission!

This meaningful initiative was spearheaded by the BKD and Peer Support Circle Officers in cooperation with the Cotabato City Mayor’s Office and the City Veterinarian’s Office.

We sincerely thank Mayor Para sa Lahat, Mayor Bruce Matabalao, and Dr. Robert R. Malcontento, City Veterinarian, for their invaluable support and for bringing free veterinary services to the community. We also extend our deepest appreciation to Ma’am Saida Abdulrahman, School Head, for her unwavering support and guidance, and to Ma’am Corinne Dorothy F. Almoite, Brigada Eskwela Coordinator, for her dedication and assistance in making this activity possible.

Special thanks to Ma’am Ceil Joan P. Ventura, BKD and Peer Support Circle Adviser, together with all BKD and Peer Support Circle Officers, for their active involvement, hard work, and commitment in serving the community.

Most importantly, thank you to all the fur parents of Kalanganan 2 who participated and entrusted us with the care of their beloved pets.

Together, we continue to make a positive impact in our community—one paw at a time! 🐶🐱🐾

🌼💛 Su***de Prevention Awareness Month 2025 💛🌼

In line with the celebration of Su***de Prevention Awareness Month, our Peer Support Circle Officers spearheaded meaningful activities to promote hope, resilience, and support within our school community.

📌 Students showed their solidarity by wearing yellow shirts, symbolizing their support for the advocacy.
🎈 Yellow balloons were also distributed, serving as a reminder of light, positivity, and the value of life.
🎟️ A raffle draw was held for students who proudly wore yellow, adding excitement and encouragement to the event.

Through these simple yet impactful activities, we are reminded that every life matters and that together, we can break the stigma and raise awareness about su***de prevention.

💛 Let’s continue to spread kindness, compassion, and hope—because one small act of support can make a big difference.

Lollipops of Positivity 🍭
Spreading smiles, one lollipop at a time!
Peer Support Circle Officers led by Anwar Imbing, President, gave out sweets with uplifting messages during Buwan ng Wika Launching.

This simple yet meaningful gesture reminded everyone that a few kind words and a little treat can go a long way in brightening someone’s day.

Objective: To inspire students, boost positivity, and remind everyone that caring for our mental and emotional well-being is just as important as celebrating our culture.

🧠 TRIVIA: ALAM MO BA?
Ang pagkain ng masustansyang pagkain tulad ng prutas, gulay, at pagkaing mayaman sa bitamina ay nakatutulong sa kalusugan ng utak at pangkalahatang mental well-being.

🥦🍎 Healthy food, healthy mood!
Isabuhay ang balanseng pagkain bilang bahagi ng pag-aalaga sa sarili—pisikal at mental.

💚 Alagaan ang isipan gaya ng pag-aalaga sa katawan.

Peer Officers attended the Zero Stigma HIV Day Lay Forum for Teens held on July 31, 2025, at the CRMC Grand Auditorium.

It was a powerful and enlightening program aimed at raising awareness and fostering empathy especially among the youth.

We are grateful to have been part of this initiative. Special thanks to the Cotabato Regional Medical Center, the Schools Division of Cotabato City, and our ever-supportive School Head, Ma’am Saida A. Abdulrahman, for making this meaningful experience possible.

October is Mental Health Awareness Month in the Philippines. 🧠🌸

What is Mental Health?
“Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make healthy choices.”
