Last December 2025, the Peer Facilitators’ Club shared more than just gifts we shared moments, laughter, and meaningful connections.

Through this simple gift-giving activity, bonds were strengthened and friendships grew, reminding us that even the smallest acts can make a big difference.

A heartfelt thank you to our incredible Peer Facilitators for making the Mental Health Week Celebration truly unforgettable! From October 13–16, under the theme “Mind Matters: Growing Together in Wellness” organized by the Guidance Services and Testing Center of NDRVMCC, these devoted students went above and beyond to support their peers.

More than just facilitators, they stood as advocates of mental health awareness—encouraging everyone to nurture their emotional well-being, stay mindful of their thoughts and feelings, and build a community rooted in understanding and care. Their dedication, positivity, and compassion made a lasting impact, proving that even small acts of guidance and support can transform our school community. 💚

This Mental Health Week, let's break the stigma, start the conversation. Mental Health matters, today and every day. 🙌

This week, we pause to remind ourselves that mental health matters. Every day has its own challenges—pressure from school, friendships, family, and the fast pace of life. Still, let's take care of our mind—mental health. Taking care of your mind isn't a sign of weakness; it's a form of strength and self respect. It's okay to ask for help, to take a break, and to admit when things feel heavy. 🕊️

Let's use this week—event to listen with empathy, speak with kindness and build a community where no one feels alone. Take a deep breath, check in with yourself and with others. You matter, and your feelings are valid, Ignacian Marians ! 💝
