The USM Volunteers Club extends its heartfelt support to the successful conduct of PAKARAGYAN 2026, the Annual Ramadhan Program organized by the University of Southern Mindanao Muslim Students Association (USMMUSA).

In the spirit of Ramadhan—a season of reflection, unity, and generosity—our volunteers were honored to assist in facilitating the event and ensuring a meaningful gathering for Muslim students and guests during the Islamic Symposium, Taraweeh Prayer, and University-Wide Grand Iftar held at the USM-IMEAS Masjid.

Through teamwork and service, our volunteers helped create a welcoming and organized environment where participants could come together in faith, learning, and fellowship. We are grateful for the opportunity to stand alongside the Muslim community of USM in celebrating the values of compassion, unity, and devotion that Ramadhan represents.

In the blessed month of Ramadhan, Muslims around the world observe fasting, prayer, reflection, and acts of unity that strengthen faith and brotherhood. It is a time where communities gather to remember Allah, share blessings, and grow spiritually together.

In line with this, the University of Southern Mindanao Muslim Students Association (USMMUSA) will conduct 𝗣𝗔𝗞𝗔𝗥𝗔𝗚𝗬𝗔𝗡 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, the organization’s Annual Ramadhan Program for Muslim Students.

The 𝗦𝗢𝗖𝗖𝗦𝗞𝗦𝗔𝗥𝗚𝗘𝗡 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗩𝗼𝗹𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗺 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 (𝗦𝗬𝗩𝗣) 𝗧𝗮𝘀𝗸 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗲 held its 1st Semester Meeting for 2026 at the SOCCSKSARGEN Hall, DEPDev XII Building, Prime Regional Government Center (PRGC), Barangay Carpenter Hill, City of Koronadal, South Cotabato.

SYVP members from across the region attended, including representatives from various government agencies, provincial and city local government units, as well as colleges and universities. The main focus of the meeting was the preparation for the CY 2026 Regional Youth Summit and Camp, scheduled for May 20–24.

The session was led by Gen. Celestino F. Desamito, Jr. (Ret.) DVM, EnP, MTRM, PhD Chairperson, and SYVP Task Force. Participants engaged in active discussions, sharing ideas and strategies to ensure a successful and impactful youth summit and camp.

The meeting highlighted the continued collaboration and commitment of SOCCSKSARGEN’s youth stakeholders toward empowering young leaders in the region.

𝗨𝗦𝗠𝗖𝗘𝗘 𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 | This announcement serves as a reminder to all USMCEE examinees on the necessary preparations for the remaining four (4) days before the examination. Kindly read, understand, and strictly follow the guidelines to avoid any inconvenience on the examination day, January 24, 2026.

What to bring during Examination Day:
1. Ball pen
2. Pencil
3. Valid ID ( School ID, Voter’s ID, Postal ID, Driver’s License, Philippine Identification Card, or any other government-issued ID)
4. Printed examination slip (generated after successful registration)
5. Snacks and water (no single-use plastic containers; tumblers only)
6. Payment receipt (for second- time takers only)

For second-time takers, please pay the service fee at Counter 8, Cash Unit, Administration Building, USM, Kabacan, Cotabato. Cut-off Time: Monday to Thursday – 3:30 PM; Friday – 2:30 PM.

During the examination, cellphones are strictly NOT ALLOWED. Examinees may place their phones in the designated deposit tray inside the examination room or keep them inside their sling bags.

Anybody caught taking or attempting to take photos, videos, or any form of images of the answer sheet or examination booklet will be automatically DISQUALIFIED, and they will be permanently barred from taking the USMCEE.

The application for renewal of membership and interviews for second semester will commence on January 20 to 26. The venue will be at the UVC Office, behind the NSTP headquarters.

Please note that the club will not accomodate walk-ins, and the interview will be strictly appointment-based. You must first apply via the google forms to have your name be included in the list of interviewees. This allows for better organization and selection of new members.

We highly encourage all eligible members to take part in this interview process. Your active participation helps strengthen our club and ensures a vibrant, committed team dedicated to service and volunteerism.
