As volunteers, we believe that helping others is not always about doing something big. Sometimes, it starts with giving our time, lending a hand, and being present for those who need support.

𝐔𝐒𝐌 𝐕𝐎𝐋𝐔𝐍𝐓𝐄𝐄𝐑𝐒 𝐂𝐋𝐔𝐁 𝐑𝐄𝐏𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐕𝐄𝐒 𝐓𝐀𝐊𝐄 𝐏𝐀𝐑𝐓 𝐈𝐍 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐆𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐓𝐄𝐑 𝐂𝐎𝐓𝐀𝐁𝐀𝐓𝐎 𝐘𝐎𝐔𝐓𝐇 𝐏𝐀𝐑𝐋𝐈𝐀𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔

Two representatives from the 𝗨𝘀𝗺 𝗩𝗼𝗹𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗖𝗹𝘂𝗯 (UVC) of the University of Southern Mindanao joined the 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗼 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 held on October 8–10, 2026, at Parklay Suites, Kidapawan City.

The event brought together young leaders from different parts of Cotabato to share their ideas, discuss community concerns, and work together to find ways to help the youth.

Representing the club, Christian Marc B. Amistad, a UVC alumnus, joined the 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙞𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙚 𝙤𝙣 𝙃𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙩𝙝, while Omrah U. Salamen, a current UVC member, served as part of the 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙞𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙚 𝙤𝙣 𝙂𝙡𝙤𝙗𝙖𝙡 𝙈𝙤𝙗𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙮. They took part in discussions, listened to different opinions, and learned from other youth leaders.

Their participation shows that volunteering is not only about helping others but also about learning new things, sharing ideas, and taking part in activities that can help improve the community.

Through this experience, they were able to represent the University Volunteers Club and show the value of youth involvement, cooperation, and service to others.
