STATE OF THE PROVINCE ADDRESS (SOPA) 2026

Alhamdulillah!

A Moment of Unity and Progress for Maguindanao del Sur!

​The Bangsamoro Exit Overseas Workers Association BEOWA BARMM , under the dedicated leadership of its President, Suaib P. Hussain Alhaj, was honored to attend the State of the Province Address (SOPA) 2026 and Grand Kanduli, upon the official invitation of the Provincial Government of Maguindanao del Sur led by Hon. Governor Datu Ali M. Midtimbang Sr. on Thursday, October 15, 2026, 9:00 AM @ Provincial Capitol Grounds, Buluan, Maguindanao del Sur .

The SOPA 2026 highlighted key milestones, major accomplishments, and future initiatives for the province under the banner of "Serbisyong MAPADTIMBANG" (Tuloy ang Pagbabago) and the GiVE HEART Agenda.

This momentous event served as a powerful reminder of what can be achieved through transparent, accountable, and inclusive governance. By bringing together local government officials, civil society organizations, and community leaders, Maguindanao del Sur continues to chart a course toward sustainable peace, economic resilience, and long-term development.

We extend our deepest gratitude to Governor Datu Ali M. Midtimbang Sr. and the entire Provincial Government of Maguindanao del Sur for recognizing the vital role of our sector and fostering inclusive governance.
