Among the dedicated community advocates leading by example was the President of the Bangsamoro Exit Overseas Workers Association BEOWA BARMM OFWs sir Suaib Hussain Al-haj , ensuring that the crucial voices, experiences, and future of our returning overseas workers are fully represented in this democratic transition.
Participants didn't just listen—they got hands-on experience by reviewing sample ballots with fictitious candidates and trying out the new automated vote-counting machines (ACMs) guided directly by the Commission on Elections (Comelec).
With over 5,000 of these automated machines set to deploy across the region for the historic September 14, 2026 Bangsamoro Parliamentary Elections, getting this real-world practice is a massive win for voter confidence.
