"Leaders are not born—they are trained, shaped, and inspired."
On March 26, 2026, the JSWAP officers took part in a meaningful Leadership Training and Gawad Parangal Program that focused on strengthening both skills and values in leadership. We are truly grateful to our speakers, Ma’am Alvee Jane Abel, RSW , who shared her valuable knowledge about communication letters and proposed budgeting, helping us understand the importance of clear and effective planning, and Ma’am Afkaria Hashim, RSW, who inspired us with her discussion on time management, accountability, and transparency—core values of a true leader.
Through this event, every JSWAP officer gained not only knowledge but also inspiration to lead with responsibility, integrity, and confidence. The Gawad Parangal also served as a special moment to recognize the efforts and achievements of our dedicated officers. Indeed, this experience reminded us that leadership is about service, discipline, and making a positive difference in our community. Together, we continue to learn, grow, lead, and inspire.
