Isn’t it amazing to know that even in the midst of our greatest challenges, God calls us to have faith and believe in Him? No matter how dark the valley may be, He will help us and carry us through. This is God’s assurance to us—a reminder to keep holding on to His promises and to trust Him completely. He will never forsake us, and He will never fail.

Psalms 23:4
Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.

When we accept Jesus Christ as our personal Savior and choose to live a life with Him, we become a new creation. Our old life has passed away, and all our transgressions are forgiven through our repentance and faith in God. That’s why, no matter what people may say or think about our past, let them be—for only God truly knows our hearts, and our past does not define us. Let us continue to walk faithfully with Jesus until He returns, for He will reward us with the gift of eternal life in Heaven. Amen.

2 Corinthians 5:17
Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.

Surrendering our lives to God brings a deep and lasting satisfaction. Though we are sinners, a truly repentant heart—one that is willing and wholehearted in its desire to be transformed by God—will bear the fruit of that surrender through the help of the Holy Spirit. In these final days, we must hold fast to our faith and fix our eyes on Christ, standing with joy and readiness for His soon return.

Hebrews 10:22
Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water.

In everything we do, let us strive to do it according to the will of God. Let us always choose to do what is good, because God sees our hearts and minds—He sees everything within us. He will reward us according to how we live our lives. If we live in sin, we will reap the consequences of our wickedness. But if we live for God and consistently choose to do what is right, we will reap the blessings of our righteous deeds.

Jeremiah 17:10
I the LORD search the heart, I try the reins, even to give every man according to his ways, and according to the fruit of his doings.

In every situation—especially during the biggest challenges we face—we often fall into negative thinking, believing it’s impossible to overcome, too difficult, or beyond our strength. But God assures us that He will fight for us, no matter how great the trial. He is all-powerful, and nothing is too hard for Him. What He asks of us is simple: to have faith, to be still, and to let God be God.

Exodus 14:14
The LORD shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace.
Ipakikipaglaban kayo ng Panginoon, at kayo'y tatahimik.

Our Lord is the Alpha and the Omega—the beginning and the end. Before anything was created, whether in heaven or on earth, whether living or non-living, He already was. No one created Him, for He exists eternally—without beginning and without end. This alone reveals the unmatched power of our God—omnipotent, omniscient, and omnipresent.

Because of who He is, we—His people—have no reason to fear or be anxious about anything in this world. We can trust Him completely, knowing that He is always with us and fully able to help us through every trial. When we fully depend on God, nothing and no one can defeat us. He is our strength, our refuge, and our ever-present help in time of need.

Colossians 1:17
And HE is before all things, and by HIM all things consist.

The doors closed just before she could board. That sinking feeling of missing the train became a symbol of something deeper for Chantal Klingbeil: all the unseen opportunities we miss in ministry.

In our passion to evangelize the world, are we forgetting the people sitting right next to us? The single mom. The lonely elder. The restless child. The quiet visitor no one greeted.

What if true mission means first noticing, and loving, the people God already placed in our path? What if church wasn’t a project, but a family?

Let’s ask God to open our eyes to the now, so we don’t miss the most important connections right in front of us.

Whatever challenges I face in life, I will always call upon my God—the Maker of heaven and earth, the one true and living God. I know and believe that He is all-powerful, all-knowing, and ever-present. He hears my every prayer, and in His perfect timing, He answers. He is my constant refuge, my ever-present help in times of trouble. He has been faithful before, and I trust that He will do it again and again—every time I need Him.

Psalms 121:2
My help cometh from the LORD, which made heaven and earth.

We must never be ashamed to share the gospel of Jesus Christ. It is through our faith in God that we receive the promise of eternal life—a prize that awaits all who remain faithful when our Lord Jesus returns on the Day of Judgment, which is drawing near. As servants of God, it is our calling and privilege to boldly proclaim the good news to those who have not yet heard it, so that they, too, may come to know Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior.

When a person hears the Word of God, they become a candidate for the eternal life He has promised to all who follow Him. Let us therefore live with Christ-like character, being living testimonies of His grace and truth, and faithfully fulfill our mission of leading souls into His kingdom.

Romans 1:16
For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.
