I am asking for your help. I lost my wallet today at around 10:00 AM while traveling from CCLEX to Poblacion. It may have fallen after I paid at the toll.
The wallet contains:
Driver's License
Important IDs
Cash

"A Mirror and the Mask: A Plea for Roro Port Waters."

Friends, neighbors, and fellow travelers, take a look at this image.

At first glance, from a distance, it looks like the perfect portrait.

You see the boats resting on a surface so still it looks like glass. You see the clouds reflecting perfectly in the water, a moment where heaven and earth seem to touch.
It is peaceful. It is quiet.

But as we step closer to the edge, the mask falls away.

The reflection of the clouds is broken not by waves, but by plastic bottles, styrofoam, and the skeletal remains of driftwood.

Our port, this gateway to the sea, this place that feeds our families and connects our islands has become a graveyard for the things we used for only a few minutes...

As Tropical Storm Basyang battered the streets with relentless rain and howling winds, a brown dog found himself under the roof of Ngohiong Express.

This small act of kindness at Ngohiong Express serves as a touching reminder that even in the harshest weather, the warmth of human kindness can provide the ultimate shelter. By letting him stay the night, the staff didn't just save a dog from the rain; they showcased the best of the community spirit during a time of crisis.
