God is not impressed by many words; He listens to a sincere heart. Today, let us pray with trust, seek His will, and forgive as we have been forgiven. When we release bitterness, we make room for God's peace and grace.
🙏✨

Prayer:
Lord, teach me to pray with faith, trust in Your providence, and forgive others as You forgive me. Fill my heart with Your peace and love. Amen.

Most Chaste Heart of Saint Joseph

The Most Chaste Heart of Saint Joseph is a Catholic devotion that honors the purity, humility, obedience, and fatherly love of Saint Joseph. It reflects his faithful love for Jesus and Mary and his complete dedication to God's will. The heart is often depicted with a white lily, symbolizing purity, and a flame, symbolizing his burning love for God and the Holy Family.

Unlike the devotion to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary, devotion to the Most Chaste Heart of Saint Joseph is considered a private devotion in the Catholic Church, though it is widely practiced by many faithful Catholics.

Prayer to the Most Chaste Heart of Saint Joseph

Most Chaste Heart of Saint Joseph, guardian of Jesus and spouse of the Blessed Virgin Mary, obtain for us a pure heart, a humble spirit, and a steadfast faith. Teach us to love God above all things, to serve our families with generosity, and to trust in God's providence in every trial. Saint Joseph, protector of the Church and patron of a happy death, pray for us now and at the hour of our death. Amen.

Short Reflection

The Most Chaste Heart of Saint Joseph reminds us that true holiness is often lived in silence. Joseph spoke no recorded words in Scripture, yet his actions revealed complete trust in God. His example teaches us that faithfulness, purity of heart, and humble service can transform ordinary lives into extraordinary witnesses of God's love.

Saint Joseph, Most Chaste Heart, pray for us.

Reflection
In today's Gospel Matthew 6:1-6, 16-18,

Jesus teaches us that true faith is not about seeking the approval of others but about pleasing God. Whether we give to the poor, pray, or fast, our actions should come from a sincere heart and not from a desire for recognition.

The world often encourages us to seek attention and praise, but Jesus reminds us that what matters most is what happens in secret between us and God. He sees every act of kindness, every quiet prayer, and every sacrifice made out of love. Even when no one else notices, God does.

This Gospel invites us to examine our intentions. Are we serving God to be seen, or are we serving Him because we love Him? True holiness grows in humility. When our hearts are focused on God rather than human praise, we experience the joy of a deeper relationship with Him.

Jesus calls us to a love that goes beyond human nature

15/06/2026

When you’re hurt, the world says “fight back.”
But Jesus says… forgive anyway.

“Turn the other cheek” is not weakness—it’s strength under God’s mercy.
Because real strength is not getting even…
it’s choosing love when you have every reason not to.

Let go of grudges.
Break the cycle of anger.
Let God heal what revenge cannot fix.

📖 Matthew 5:38–42

Jesus doesn’t look at the crowd with judgment—but with compassion.
He still sees the weary, the confused, and the lost… and He is still calling laborers today.

You don’t need to be perfect—just willing.
God takes ordinary hearts and turns them into instruments of His love.
So the question is simple:
Are you willing to say yes?

Necrological Service for Brother Knight Salvador "Bador" Menguito
On Saturday, June 13, the Knights of Columbus conducted a Necrological Service for our beloved Brother Knight, Salvador "Bador" Menguito, at Isla Gilutongan.

Together with his family and loved ones, we gathered in prayer and remembrance, honoring his life, faith, and dedicated service as a Knight. We thank God for the gift of his friendship and brotherhood, and we commend his soul to the loving mercy of our Lord.
May Brother Salvador rest in eternal peace, and may perpetual light shine upon him.l

"Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him. May he rest in peace. Amen."

Reflection – Matthew 11:25-30

In today's Gospel, Jesus reminds us that God's wisdom is often revealed not to the proud or self-sufficient, but to those who approach Him with the humble trust of a child. In a world filled with stress, worries, and endless responsibilities, Jesus offers a simple invitation: "Come to me."

Many of us carry burdens that others cannot see—anxieties about family, finances, health, or the future. We try to handle everything on our own and become exhausted. Yet Jesus does not ask us to be stronger; He asks us to come closer. When we surrender our worries to Him, we discover that His strength is greater than our weakness.
The yoke of Christ is not a burden that weighs us down. It is a relationship that lifts us up. Walking with Jesus does not remove every challenge, but it gives us peace, hope, and the assurance that we never carry our cross alone.

Today, let us place our burdens in the hands of Christ and trust that His loving heart will give us the rest our souls long for.

Reflection on Matthew 5:20-26

In today's Gospel, Jesus calls us to a deeper kind of righteousness—one that goes beyond merely following rules. He teaches that sin begins in the heart. Anger, resentment, insults, and unforgiveness can damage our relationship with God just as surely as outward actions.

Jesus invites us to examine our hearts. Are there people we have refused to forgive? Are there wounds, grudges, or harsh words that still separate us from others? True discipleship means seeking reconciliation, extending mercy, and choosing peace over pride.

Before offering our prayers and worship, Jesus asks us to make every effort to restore broken relationships. God desires not only our sacrifices but also hearts filled with love, humility, and forgiveness. When we forgive others, we open the door for God's grace to work more fully in our own lives.
