NCIS Communication Response Team in Action

The Northern Cebu Intercommunication Society, Inc. (NCIS) proudly deployed its Communication Response Team during the PASOS Procession at Our Lady of Lourdes Church.

Our dedicated volunteer operators ensured smooth and reliable radio communication throughout the eventโ€”supporting crowd control, monitoring safety conditions, and coordinating with marshals and emergency responders.

Through discipline, teamwork, and commitment to public service, NCIS continues to strengthen community safety and preparedness, especially during significant religious gatherings.
