SBP-Referees Concepcion Chapter The SBP-Referees Concepcion Chapter (SBP-CTC) has been providing qualified referees for Basketball Le (SBP) in Concepcion, Tarlac.

Since 2011, the SBP-REFEREES Concepcion Chapter of Concepcion, Tarlac has been providing qualified referees for youth, adult, recreation, and basketball games in school in Region 3, especially in Concepcion, Tarlac. We provide on-going referee training, scholarships, and advancement for our members. This group is a member of Tarlac Association of Referees League and Coaches (TARLAC), Provincial Re

ferees Association of Tarlac (PRAT), and the only referees organization accredited by the Samahang Basketbol ng Pilipinas, Inc. We can help you become, hire, or train a basketball referee. The experience and training of an officials make a difference, on and off the court.
