"𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐥 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐲 𝐞𝐫𝐚"

The campus popped with new color as its studentss were transported back to the party-filled era of the year 2000s . Excitement hummed in the air, the event began with an electrifying start. Filled with games and booths curated various clubs and organizations, the students immediately went to each their chosen booths.

Cliques had fun singing their hearts out in karaoke, friends and acquaintances giving each other shout outs, while others had fun trying on trinkets and games from other booth. Going to and fro, across booth, all while clad in the slick outfits of the 2000s

Entertainment raged on as guys and gals suited up and took on role of our charming idols in pop media during the early 2000s. Guys flaunted handsomeness in the Campus Crush competition, the girls struck the runway as Sexy Babe, and the lesbian/tomboys radiated charisma in That's My Tomboy.

Clamor culminated in the splendid show put on by the vibrant performers in MTV Spoofs and other performances. Laughter and awe spread throughout the dome as these student-icon gave entertainment that gripped interest, sparking amusement. But at the very essence a show that caught every cheer and heart of the people

They exquisitely performed the spice and twang the 2000s pop culture had through each of their entries. Displayed ingenuity in their unique style. The appeal was felt incredibly. They surely stood as iconic figures that day. The crowd was loud in support and the performers "served" in return. The energy was highly held on till the winners were announced. That was, indeed, a 2000s party.

“𝙎𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙞𝙘𝙚 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙤𝙨𝙚 𝙬𝙝𝙤 𝙨𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙚.”

Staying true to the core principle of leadership through community service, the DDOSC Criminology Department has extended their hands to fellow, often overlooked, servers of the community - Barangay Tanods.

Delegated by the officers of the Criminal Justice Society and the esteemed faculty of the Criminology Department, they initiated Handog Kaligtasan: Provision of Essential Tools for Barangay Tanods. Commenced on the 6th of March 2026, the Criminology Outreach Program equipped our tanods of Barangay Mangayon with the necessary apparatus in their line of work. They were supplied with powerful, brand-new searchlights, a new set of batons, and new uniform warmers/sweaters. All these new equipment were perfect partners, whether it be night patrols or daily errands of a Barangay Tanod.

The Barangay Local Government Unit of Mangayon expressed their heartfelt gratitude towards the aid the DDOSC Criminology Department has provided to their Barangay Tanods. The tanods themselves warmly welcomed the faculty and the officers, showing joyful reactions upon receiving the gifts from the school. Showing happiness towards the act of service from these fellow servers, sharing that the equipment will be of great use in their line of work.

This was a genuine showcase of compassion, highlighting that these Barangay Tanods deserve just as much respect as other protectors of the community. This implies that they should never be overlooked nor neglected. That auxiliary law enforcement must never be dismissed as something trivial. Tanods are important, Barangay Tanods are our protectors.

The testament of the DDOSC Criminology Interns' commitment witnessed in heavy down pour. The morning broke with strong rains, the commencement of Reception Rights for these eager Criminology Interns was celebrated successfully. This is their formal ceremony, being inducted as dignified Interns of the Criminology Department.

The Interns began with their morning exercises in the covered court of the campus. impressed the audience with slick discipline in their performance of the pass - and - review. Bouts of struggle, the interns displaying grit through the difficulty of each portion of the reception . Having their moments of play, laughter through the exhaustion, ultimately showing their camaredie. The relationship and memories they formed playing a huge part on how they have been molded as future law enforcers.

The ceremony was led with the esteemed faculty of the department, accompanied by the school officials, and the important guests from the officials from the Tri-Bureau of the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG). The guest speaker from the said guests, recognized the immense hardships the determined interns had to go through. Highlighting their dedication for their studies, the interns' diligence and curiosity for knowledge, coming to fruition. The guidance of their parents serving as beacon for them through their years in college. Finally the speaker addressed their future as potentisl servants of the country. The speaker encourage respect and love for the fellow people, upholding integrity at center of one's career. The event then culminated joyous celebration among interns and audience alike.
