A parade of attires signaled the beginning of the celebration. A glimpse on heritage while recognizing the modern trends. This celebration today was intended for reconnection. Reconnection to our identity, a retreat to what our forefathers have cultivated for generationsโthe literature, dialogues, the commentaries. The language we use to converse within our day to day lives is given the higher platform where it can flourish.
The DDOSC Main Campus โ Buwan ng Wika 2026 Celebration was filled with a vast array of events that certainly imparted both knowledge and entertainment to the present students and faculty. "Wika at AI" is the for this Celebration. Wika; the language, instrument of communication, time capsule of tradition and identity. While AI is a software programmed to operate to proactively learn, provide and assist in the application of information via bleeding-edge algorithm and language learning model.
This is further emphasized in the opening remarks. AI has noticeably assimilated in to the various aspects of our lives, but it is most visible in the field of social media and education. The speech expresses; familiarity and incorporation is no longer the concern. Exercising moderation, critical thinking. It is not just thinking twice before you click or post, . But steering your usage of AI to better advocacies and purposes. Becauss these softwares learn from what we ask about, thus language learning model.
The students did not cease to give an exceptional performance for their fellow learners, amd the faculty present that day. Through the events namely; the Pageant- Lakan at Lakamabini, the Solo Kundiman Singing Competition, the Bisaya Song Composition, Balagtasan, Dagliang Talumpati, and Sabayang Pagbigkas.
