A non-government organization linking all environmental engineers in the country to promote friendship and camaraderie. Our Purpose
To participate fully in the development of strategic plans in Environmental management campaigns. To promote and maintain the fraternal relationship with other NGOs in the Philippines and the world at large. To campaign for Environmental Protection and Management to
all community levels including literate and illiterate. To promote formal and informal environmental education programs throughout the country and the world at large. To foster sharing of information about environmental awareness programs; to promote communication about environmental aspects; and to promote pooling of information, resources and activities in connection with such programs. To foster research and evaluation in connection with environmental programs. To promote and enable networking of information amongst community, academe, country and state organizations on the protection and awareness of the environment. To assist in lobbying efforts with the legislature that will affect the environment, and the practice of environmental engineering. To promote, encourage, coordinate and carry out short- term and long- term planning and projects in environmental management and protection. To identify environmental community based problems, issues and their solutions. To volunteer in addressing environmental issues to the community (Environmental Protection awareness creation). To organize seminars, workshops, trainings, research congresses and field works on environmental problems and engineering. To promote relationship between “SEEP” solutions, and other organizations with similar objectives within and outside the country. To undertake such fundraising activities as the Organization may deem expedient. To mobilize funding, counseling and support researches in academic fields in order to create creativity on matters of interest to community and nation at large. To organize symposia and sabbaticals to enhance intellectual and environmental awareness in the community. To undertake strategic Environmental Impact Assessment in various areas that may deem expedient. To do and perform any other acts and to exercise other powers which may be necessary, convenient and appropriate to accomplish the purposes for which the association is organized.
