The Bayaning Kabataan (BK) envisions itself as a reliable volunteer youth organization empowered by dedicated and excellent Filipino youth leaders who commit themselves to improving the quality of life in the country, of the youth, and of the children. The BK classifies itself as a community-based volunteer youth organization that primarily provides the Filipino youth with opportunities to improve
and prepare itself as enablers of nation-building. Vision

To produce and develop much-needed nation-builders by providing the Filipino youth with adequate and relevant opportunities and avenues that will enhance their leadership skills and overall well-being. Objectives
To attain and sustain its vision-mission, the BK intends to:
a.) Promote and facilitate passage of national and local policies and programs which are aligned with youth empowerment;
b.) Provide the youth with relevant trainings and workshops that are primarily designed to contribute to the development and improvement of their individual and social skills;
c.) Immerse the youth to actual government service and community outreach programs to expand their knowledge and wisdom on needs-based policy-making, project monitoring and evaluation, and events management, among others; and
d.) Establish deeper linkages with other youth organizations, non-government organizations, government agencies, and the private sector for future collaborations, continuous learning, and duplication of best practices.
