On April 21, 2026, from 4:00–5:00 PM, the newly elected officers of the Criminology Student Organization conducted a courtesy call at the Dean’s Office.

The “𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗱: 𝗪𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻’𝘀 𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗳-𝗗𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗲 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴” was successfully held at the CCJE Function Hall from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM on March 06, 2026 as part of the 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐖𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧’𝐬 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡 𝐂𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧.

Led by 𝗗𝗿. 𝗚𝗲𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗲 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗲 𝗖. 𝗔𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗼, the training provided participants with essential self-defense techniques and practical knowledge to help women protect themselves, build confidence, and promote personal safety.

𝗙𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲🔥

Promoting awareness and preparedness, the 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 was successfully conducted at the CCJE Function Hall and UNP Oval on March 05, 2026.

The activity was facilitated by 𝗙𝗢𝟮 𝗥𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝗥𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗕𝗼𝘀𝗲, 𝗙𝗢𝟭 𝗕𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗤𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗼, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗙𝗢𝟮 𝗗𝗵𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗿𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗼, who shared essential knowledge and practical demonstrations on fire prevention, safety measures, and proper response during fire emergencies.

Through this activity, participants who were 3rd year criminology students, were equipped with valuable skills and awareness to help build a safer and more prepared community.

The “𝗠𝗲𝗻 𝗮𝘀 𝗔𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗲𝘀: 𝗔 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗟𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗦𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿” was successfully conducted at the Diego Silang Function Hall from 8:00 AM to 12:00 NN as part of the 2026 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗪𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻’𝘀 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.

Participants gained valuable insights on important laws protecting women, with 𝗔𝘁𝘁𝘆. 𝗝𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗮 𝗔. 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗿 discussing 𝐑.𝐀. 𝟏𝟏𝟑𝟏𝟑 (𝐒𝐚𝐟𝐞 𝐒𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐀𝐜𝐭) and 𝗔𝘁𝘁𝘆. 𝗠𝗲𝗶𝗹𝘆𝗻𝗲 𝗖. 𝗣𝗮𝗱𝘂𝗮 presenting 𝐑.𝐀. 𝟗𝟐𝟔𝟐 (𝐀𝐧𝐭𝐢-𝐕𝐢𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐀𝐠𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐭 𝐖𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐧 𝐀𝐜𝐭). The seminar highlighted the importance of men as partners in promoting respect, equality, and a safe environment for all.
