Guided by the principle of “Service Through Strong Brotherhood” of The Fraternal Order of Eagles – Philippine Eagles (TFOE-PE), the First Philippine Born Fraternal Socio-Civic Organization, twenty (20) ordinary but chosen men from the military service, business sector and government service who have the burning desire to serve their community in Butuan City became the first charter members of the

Mt. Mayapay Eagles Club on March 3, 2013. The newly chartered club was then headed by its first President Kuya Yul Cesar “Boboy” G. Armed with zeal and pure motive to serve, Mt. Mayapay Eagles Club (MMEC) continued its community service and outreach programs in the next years and gained an untarnished reputation in the community. Thus, MMEC paved the way for the creation of more clubs thereby giving birth to the TFOE-PE Caraga II Region in 2015. MMEC was also privileged to head the newly organized region through the first Governor Kuya Reynaldo “Rey” A. Thereafter more chosen individuals from different fields of endeavor were added to the fraternity. Mayapay Eagles Club has a total of 70 strong and active members and is currently headed by Kuya Cliford Banlota and Kuya Kit Mabale as Club President and Vice President for Eagle Year 2021, respectively.
