The Board of Review for the Pathfinder and Outdoorsman ranks was successfully conducted on December 5, 2025, at the Libertad National High School Board Room. The activity aimed to evaluate the readiness, skills, and understanding of the Scouts and Venturers who completed the requirements for their respective ranks.

The Board of Review was chaired by SCTR. Juanito P. Banzon, WBC of Consuelo National Hugh School with the support of SCTR Rolly T. Aguirre WBC of Libertad Central Elem. School as Co. chairman and the Consuelo NHS Eagles Scouts/Venturers, who served as members of the Board of Review. Their guidance and experience ensured a fair, objective, and meaningful assessment process.

During the review, the candidates confidently answered questions related to Scouting ideals, outdoor skills, leadership experiences, and community service. The Board carefully assessed each Scout’s growth, attitude, and preparedness, while also providing constructive feedback and encouragement.

The Outfit sincerely extends its heartfelt gratitude to Chairman SCTR. Juanito P. Banzon, SCTR? Rolly T. Aguirre, and the Consuelo Eagles Scouts/Venturers for their time, dedication, and commitment to mentoring young Scouts. Their support played a vital role in the successful conduct of the Board of Review.

Overall, the activity was well-organized and productive, strengthening the Scouts’ commitment to leadership, service, and the core values of the Scouting movement.

INVESTITURE 2025-2026 - After the successful completion of the advancement activities, the qualified Scouts were formally invested into the Scouting Movement through an Investiture Ceremony. The advancement activities included lectures on Scout ideals, history, and basic Scout skills, which prepared the candidates for membership.

The Investiture Ceremony was led by the Outfit Advisor together with the Scout Leaders. During the ceremony, the candidates recited the Scout Oath and were reminded of their duties and responsibilities as Scouts. This marked their official acceptance as full members of the outfit.

After the advancement and investiture, the newly invested Scouts were encouraged to actively participate in future Scouting activities and to continue developing their skills, discipline, and leadership in accordance with the Scout Oath and Law.

The ceremony concluded with a message of inspiration from the leaders, emphasizing commitment, service, and unity within the Scouting Movement.

During the camp, various activities were conducted, including lectures on Scout Ideals, Scouting History, and Basic Scout Skills. These sessions helped strengthen the scouts’ understanding of the principles of scouting and prepared them for higher responsibilities and ranks.

The Scouts actively participated in the Club Expo by presenting an exciting peryahan-style concept that became one of the crowd favorites of the event. With the theme “Come and Play the Scouts’ Way,” the booth attracted many students and visitors through fun, interactive, and income-generating games.

The booth featured crowd-pleasing activities such as the Shooting Gun Challenge, Shoot the Ball Challenge, and Break the Glass Challenge, which created a lively and festive atmosphere throughout the expo.

In addition to the games, the Scouts also took part in the Search for Mr. and Miss Expo, where scout representatives confidently showcased their poise, personality, and leadership. This participation highlighted not only the Scouts’ creativity and teamwork but also their confidence and sportsmanship.

Last September 2025, the selected Senior Scouts of Libertad National High School actively served as support staff during the One-Day Institutional Camp held at Light and Life Learning Center (INC), Bancasi, Butuan City. The activity aimed to strengthen leadership, teamwork, and discipline among the participants through various scouting activities and learning sessions.

The successful implementation of the camp was led by Senior Crew Leader (SCL) Samuel P. Dimla, whose leadership ensured the smooth flow of the entire activity. He was strongly supported by Eagle Scout Fritz Buque and Senior Scout Harvey Moril, who provided guidance, mentorship, and supervision to the senior scouts throughout the camp.

An orientation for the new Scout recruits was successfully conducted through the leadership guidance of Outfit SCL Samuel Dimla and Lance Angelou Enriquez the Outfit Auditor together with the other officers of the Outfit. The activity aimed to introduce the recruits to the basic principles of Scouting, including discipline, leadership, teamwork, and responsibility.

During the orientation, SCL Samuel Dimla explained the importance of Scouting in developing character, service, and citizenship among the youth. The Outfit Auditor discussed the roles, responsibilities, and proper conduct expected from every Scout, emphasizing accountability and commitment to the organization.

The new recruits actively listened and participated in the discussion, showing interest and enthusiasm in learning more about Scouting. The orientation helped the recruits gain a clearer understanding of their duties and inspired them to become responsible and active members of the Scout movement.

Outfit Election, S.Y 2025-2026, The Outfit successfully conducted an Outfit Election followed by the crafting of the General Plan of Action (GPOA). The activity aimed to develop leadership, teamwork, and responsibility among the Scouts.

The election was conducted in an orderly and transparent manner. The members were given the opportunity to choose their leaders through a fair voting process. As a result, new outfit officers were elected to lead the group and carry out their responsibilities.

After the election, the newly elected officers, together with the members, worked on the crafting of their GPOA. They discussed planned activities focused on leadership training, community service, and participation in Scouting programs. Suggestions from the members were considered to ensure that the plan reflected the goals of the entire Outfit.

The activity strengthened unity and cooperation among the Scouts and provided a clear direction for the Outfit’s activities for the coming period.
