Face-to-Face Mass Oathtaking of the New Nurses

Attention, new nurses! The PNA Davao City Chapter is facilitating the face-to-face mass oathtaking for all successful examinees in Davao City.

Here are the complete event details and instructions:
Date: August 9, 2026
Time: 1:00 P.M. - 5:00 PM
Venue: The Ritz Hotel at Garden Oases, Porras St., Bo. Obrero, Davao City

Important Guidelines for Inductees:
Registration: Register at http://online.prc.gov.ph no later than 12:00 NN of the working day prior to the oath taking.

Payments & Forms: Accomplish the Google Form at https://tinyurl.com/OathTakingRN2026 and pay the corresponding fees through PNA Davao’s bank account (check the Google form for details).

Once form is accomplished and paid the corresponding fees, verify your registration at the PNA Office before the date of the oath taking ceremony (VERIFICATION starts on August 3, 2026, PNA Office is located at 2nd Floor, SDNI Building, Corner Guerrero and Ponce Sts, Davao City).

What to Bring during Verification: Bring a VALID ID, the printed oath form, and a copy of your PAYMENT TRANSACTION.

Oath Form: Bring your VERIFIED Oath Form with the generated QR code to submit during the ceremony in order to be tagged as "attended".

Initial Registration: After the oathtaking, inductees must secure an online appointment at http://online.prc.gov.ph for their Initial Registration.

Face-to-Face Oathtaking of the New Nurses

The face-to-face mass oathtaking of the new Nurses will be held on August 09, 2026, at the Ritz Hotel, Davao City.

All successful examinees interested in attending the face-to-face mass oathtaking shall register not later than 12:00 NN of the day prior to the date of the oathtaking at https://online.prc.gov.ph/ to confirm their attendance.

Inductees are required to PRINT the Oath Form with their own generated QR. This will be submitted during the oathtaking to be tagged as “attended”.

Those who cannot attend the scheduled face-to-face mass oathtaking may attend the online oathtaking or request a special oathtaking. Online Oathtaking announcements will be posted once the schedule is confirmed.

After the oathtaking, inductees shall proceed with their Initial Registration by securing an online appointment at https://online.prc.gov.ph.
