On May 31, 2026, JPIA CARES conducted Project Kalinga in collaboration with CBA CARES at Sawang Calero, featuring a meaningful day of food giving and the awarding of certificates.

The activity recognized the dedicated facilitators and the children of Sawang Calero who maintained good attendance during their Flores de Mayo celebration, honoring their commitment and active participation.

This initiative reflects our shared mission of service, compassion, and community empowerment, celebrating both generosity and dedication within the community we serve.

The General Assembly 2026 has officially concluded, marking yet another milestone of unity, service, and excellence for UC Main JPIA. 𝗝𝗣𝗜𝗔 𝗖𝗔𝗥𝗘𝗦 𝗦𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿: 𝗔 𝗥𝘂𝗻 𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗲

The JPIA CARES successfully conducted the seminar, “A Run Through the Basics of the Programs Committee,” equipping participants with a comprehensive understanding of the essential roles and responsibilities of the Programs Committee. The discussion focused on program planning, event ex*****on, coordination strategies, and the importance of creativity, organization, and collaboration in delivering impactful initiatives.

The session was spearheaded by our Executive Vice President, Ms. Shane Argallon, and our Programs Committee Head, Ms. Kathleen P. Mangaron, who shared valuable insights on managing and executing successful organizational programs.

Held on March 21, 2026, at the Simulation Room, 7th Floor, UC Jones Building, the seminar was attended by JPIA CARES volunteers, making it an engaging and collaborative learning experience.

We extend our sincere appreciation to everyone who participated and contributed to the meaningful exchange of ideas. Through initiatives like this, we continue to strengthen leadership, teamwork, and excellence in program ex*****on within our organization. ✨

A lot has happened in the past months and years that tested not only our resilience as students, but also our strength as an organization. Delays in events, programs, and initiatives we were all looking forward to left many of us feeling frustrated and uncertain. It was difficult, even discouraging at times—but it also reminded us of something important: 𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒉𝒐𝒑𝒆 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒃𝒆𝒕𝒕𝒆𝒓 𝒐𝒑𝒑𝒐𝒓𝒕𝒖𝒏𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒆𝒔 𝒂𝒉𝒆𝒂𝒅.
Now, as we move forward to new beginnings, we take on the challenge of bringing back the glow of our student-centered events, initiatives, and community spirit.

The JPIA CARES successfully conducted the seminar, “A Run Through the Basics of the Finance Committee,” providing participants with a clear overview of the fundamental roles and responsibilities of the Finance Committee. The discussion highlighted key financial documents, budgeting processes, and the importance of transparency and accountability in organizational financial management.

The session was spearheaded by our Finance Head Committee, Ms. Samantha Kate Miñoza, who served as the speaker and shared valuable insights on the financial processes and responsibilities within the organization.

Held on March 14 at the Business Resource Office from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM, the seminar was joined by the JPIA CARES volunteers, making the session a meaningful and collaborative learning experience.
