October 4–11 | Talisay City: Partner POs were assessed using FORGE’s Stages of PO Development Tool, a framework designed to help People’s Organizations (PPOs) determine their current level of growth and identify areas for improvement. The assessment covered five major pillars of development: Governance & Leadership, PIME (Planning, Implementation, Monitoring, and Evaluation), Legal Identity, Financial Capacity & Management, and Advocacy & Influence.

FORGE is proud to share that while our PPOs may not yet have reached the highest stage of development, they are steadily progressing and moving closer to it with dedication and commitment. 💪✨
