Today, ECHO formally submitted a Letter of Inquiry to the Office of Student Life regarding the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) required for scholarship renewal.

As an organization committed to student rights, welfare, and good governance, we believe that scholars should have a clear understanding of any legal agreement they are required to sign.

Our inquiry is not an opposition to the implementation of the NDA, but a respectful request for clarification on its scope, application, and implications.

We remain committed to constructive dialogue, transparency, and ensuring that every scholar is informed of their rights and responsibilities.

We also welcome the thoughts and concerns of our fellow scholars. Your voice advocates, and meaningful conversations begin with informed understanding.

Financial literacy is an essential life skill that empowers individuals to make informed decisions, safeguard their financial well-being, and navigate an increasingly digital world with confidence.

On July 15, 2026, ECHO, together with Freshmen Cobras, participated in the Learning Session on Digital Financial Literacy and Personal Financial Management organized by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) – Visayas Regional Office. In coordination with Sambag 2 SK Council, together with TheBestYou Organization, the youth is empowered.

The session provided participants with practical insights into personal financial management, digital financial services, cybersecurity awareness, budgeting, and responsible financial decision-making. Beyond gaining knowledge, it reinforced the importance of developing habits that contribute to long-term financial stability and responsible digital citizenship.

At ECHO, we remain committed to creating opportunities that empower students through learning, collaboration, and meaningful engagement. Every initiative we participate in is a step toward developing informed leaders who can make a positive impact within the university and beyond💜.

𝙋𝙧𝙞𝙙𝙚 𝙞𝙣 𝙀𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮 𝘼𝙗𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙮.

This July, we join in celebrating Disability Pride Month — a reminder that every individual deserves to be seen, heard, respected, and empowered.

Disability Pride is more than recognition; it is a commitment to building communities where accessibility is embraced, inclusion is intentional, and every voice has the opportunity to thrive.

As one community, let us continue to champion spaces where differences are valued, barriers are challenged, and no one is left behind.

A community doesn't grow because everyone thinks the same.

It grows because people choose to listen before they speak, to understand before they judge, and to serve beyond themselves.

At ECHO, we believe that every student deserves to be heard, every concern deserves a conversation, and every act of kindness has the power to ripple far beyond the moment it begins.

We are a community built on engagement, collaboration, and genuine service—not because change happens through one voice, but because it begins when many voices choose to echo with one purpose.

𝙎𝙤𝙢𝙚 𝙫𝙤𝙞𝙘𝙚𝙨 𝙖𝙧𝙧𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙡𝙤𝙪𝙙𝙡𝙮. 𝙊𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙨 𝙗𝙚𝙜𝙞𝙣 𝙖𝙨 𝙬𝙝𝙞𝙨𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙨.

Some stories are spoken. Others are drawn—carried in colors, expressions, and quiet moments waiting to be understood.

This Maroon Jam, July 6, Monday, ECHO invites you into a space where every voice has room to resonate at the SWU Main Campus.

📢 ECHO Through the Megaphone — speak what you believe, what you hope for, or simply what you'd like the campus to hear.

🎨 Faces of Voices — transform a blank-faced emoji into a reflection of yourself, because every expression tells a story worth seeing.

🎁 Take home pens, ECHO pins, and ECHO stickers, and discover how you can become part of ECHO through our Membership Search.

A campus is shaped not only by those who speak the loudest, but also by those who choose to listen, create, and connect.

Come find your voice.
Come leave your mark.
Come let it echo💜!

𝙏𝙊 𝙏𝘼𝙇𝙆 𝙀𝙑𝙀𝙉 𝙄𝙁 𝙄𝙏’𝙎 𝙐𝙉𝘾𝙊𝙈𝙁𝙊𝙍𝙏𝘼𝘽𝙇𝙀!

The Presidency is always uncomfortable. To hide for comfort breaks the genuine student voice. To talk for attention, because issues need attention.

On the final day of this campaign, we leave you with one truth:
Student leadership must be more than titles, appearances, or silence. It must listen, act, and answer to the students.

Today, we stand by that call.
Tomorrow, we call the students to join.
