🎉 We have officially met—and exceeded—our fundraising goal! 🎉

MEDICAL UPDATE:

Baby Jernil Franz currently has a fever, so his Barium E***a test has been rescheduled for tomorrow. He will undergo a CBC first so doctors can safely monitor his condition before moving forward.

At the moment, Baby Jernil is an out-patient at SOTTO MEMORIAL HOSPITAL.

Despite this minor setback, we are overjoyed to share that the medical funds are fully secured. We want to extend our deepest gratitude to everyone who stepped up to help Joyce, especially knowing how challenging times are for everyone right now.

Dear Members and Friends,

We are reaching out to our community for an urgent, time-sensitive appeal to help a mother in desperate need. Joyce Impas, a hardworking laundry woman from Pasil, Cebu City, is seeking immediate financial support for her 1-year-old son, Jernil Franz Impas Gabutero.

Baby Jernil is facing severe gastrointestinal complications and has been experiencing severe bloody diarrhea. Medical certifications from Cebu Caritas, Inc. Indicate clinical diagnoses of T/C Hirschsprung Disease and Bronchial Asthma. He urgently requires critical diagnostic procedures, including a Barium E***a and an endoscopy, to properly treat his condition.

The total estimated cost for the required laboratory work and procedures is ₱11,913.62. Through sheer determination, Joyce has traveled across various barangays, government offices (DSWD), and local officials, successfully raising ₱10,000 in small increments.

She is currently short by roughly ₱1,900 to secure the procedures scheduled for 6:00 PM today. We are hoping to pool together at least ₱2,000 to cover this remaining balance and provide her a small cushion for immediate expenses.

Because Joyce is a low-income earner without SSS or PhilHealth coverage, and does not possess a GCash account or any online banking facility, our club intends to gather these funds collectively and hand them over to her personally in cash.

If you have any extra amount to spare—no matter how small—it will go a long way toward saving this child's life. Please coordinate directly with our club administrators to pitch in your contribution so we can deliver it to the mother on time.
