But beyond the smiles and photos, we were reminded of something deeper, serving intentionally starts by first sitting at the feet of Jesus, choosing what truly matters, just like Mary did. 🌿🤍

Filipino Food Month hits different when you’re a Compassion alumni 🥹💙

Shoutout to our ate and kuya in the student centers who lovingly prepared meals for us, sometimes simple, but always made with care and love.

And let’s be honest… some of the most delicious Filipino food we first tasted was right there in our student centers. 😭

More than the food, it was the feeling of being cared for, welcomed, and at home.

Grateful for those moments, and the people behind them. 💛
