Cebu City hosts the 4th Southeast Asian Creative Cities Network, with the theme "Authenti-Cities: Identity and Unity in Diversity." This is under the jurisdiction of the Creative Cebu Council and the DTI-Cebu. Our partner councils are Creative Chiangmai, BCCF Bandung, and ThinkCity Penang.
