"Serve the Lord with gladness!"
— Psalm 100:2

Youth in service | Guadalupe PYCC proudly rendered ushering services during the 2nd Cebu Metropolitan Catholic Mass Media Congress on October 3–4, 2026, at the University of San Jose – Recoletos (Basak Campus).

It was a rewarding experience for our youth to stand at the doors of service, ensuring a smooth and warm environment for all participants of this meaningful congress. May our young people continue to be light and inspiration in every ministry they touch.

The Parish Youth Coordinating Council-Guadalupe Social Communications Ministry actively participated in the 2nd Cebu Metropolitan Catholic Mass Media Congress, held on October 3–4, 2026, at the University of San Jose – Recoletos (Basak Campus).

Anchored on the theme "Human Dignity at the Heart of AI Innovation in Media Ministry," the two-day congress brought together Catholic communicators, media practitioners, and pastoral workers. Together, we reflected on how emerging digital technologies—including Artificial Intelligence—can be used responsibly to uphold human dignity, inspire hope, and share the Gospel effectively in today’s modern world.

As digital missionaries, we remain committed to putting faith, truth, and the human person at the center of everything we share online.

𝗔 𝗡𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗧 𝗢𝗙 𝗦𝗧𝗜𝗟𝗟𝗡𝗘𝗦𝗦 | Taizé Prayer

In the stillness of the night, we gathered together to quiet our hearts and draw closer to God. Through gentle chants, moments of silence, and heartfelt prayer, we were reminded that God is always present even in the moments when words are not enough. Taizé Prayer invites us to slow down, reflect, and open our hearts to His presence.

09.05.26 | GRAND GUADALUPANA PROCESSION

The Archdiocese of Cebu was deeply blessed to welcome Our Lady of Guadalupe and Juan Diego from Mexico as part of the Novena Intercontinental Guadalupana, a global journey leading to the 500th anniversary of her apparitions in Mexico.

Spearheaded by the Archdiocesan Shrine and Parish of Our Lady of Guadalupe de Cebu, the Grand Guadalupana Procession brought together devotees and venerated images of Our Lady, Saint Juan Diego, and the official replica of the Original Tilma blessed and brought from Mexico.

After the Holy Mass presided over by Fr. Ian Fel Balankig, the procession began at 5:00 PM and concluded at 7:00 PM, filling the streets with faith, devotion, and love for Our Lady.

As her pilgrim image continues its journey across the country, may she continue to guide and bless the Filipino people.
