How do you join The Fraternal Order of Eagles -Philippine Eagles, Inc.? Please be reminded of these!
“𝘐𝘵 𝘮𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘣𝘦 𝘌𝘢𝘳𝘯𝘦𝘥, 𝘕𝘰𝘵 𝘫𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘎𝘪𝘷𝘦𝘯”
𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐂𝐄𝐃𝐔𝐑𝐄:
𝟏.𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐎𝐑. You must have a Sponsoring Kuya. The Sponsoring Kuya must be a bonafide and active member of the club you are joining.
𝟐. 𝐋𝐄𝐓𝐓𝐄𝐑 𝐎𝐅 𝐈𝐍𝐓𝐄𝐍𝐓. The applicant shall submit a letter of intent addressed to the club president (Eagle Jeffrey Correa) through personal or email. Send the (LOI) to ([email protected]). Make sure you understand why you are joining. This is a Fraternal Humanitarian Service/ Socio-Civic Organization.
𝟑. 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝟓 𝐈'𝐬. Before any applicant for membership to any Eagles Club can be accepted as a new member thereof, he shall pass through the following steps, called the 5I's

3.3 Incubation
3.4 Indoctrination
3.5 Induction
𝟒. 𝐈𝐍𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐕𝐈𝐄𝐖. Your journey with us begins with an Interview, where we explore your aspirations and ensure your values align with our commitment to service and brotherhood. It's your first step towards making impactful contributions alongside fellow Eagles.
During the interview, submit the following:
4.1 NBI Clearance
4.2 Drug Test
4.3 Colored Photo ID 1"X1" (2) and 2"X2" (2)
𝟓. 𝐈𝐍𝐓𝐑𝐎𝐃𝐔𝐂𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍. Get acquainted with the heart of our organization during the Introduction phase. You'll meet our dedicated members and gain insights into our history, missions, and the remarkable initiatives that define us. It's a glimpse into the life that awaits you as an Eagle. During the GMM, the applicant shall then be presented and introduced to the members of the club.
You will fill out the following forms (This will be given by the club secretary):

𝟔. 𝐈𝐍𝐂𝐔𝐁𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍. Embark on the period of Incubation, where you actively participate in our events, community services, and projects. This phase is a time for mutual discovery, offering you the chance to experience our brotherhood firsthand and for us to welcome you into our fold.
The applicant shall attend three (3) consecutive General Monthly Meetings (GMM) and Three (3) consecutive Humanitarian Services without fail.
During the GMMs, all expenses for food and venue etc. will be equally divided among all applicants and bonafide Eagles.
𝟕. 𝐈𝐍𝐃𝐎𝐂𝐓𝐑𝐈𝐍𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍. Step into the core of our traditions with the Initiation/Indoctrination ceremony. This pivotal moment marks your embrace of our values and principles, as you pledge to uphold the spirit of service and fellowship that binds all Eagles.
Here, you will be asked to memorize the Eaglelism, Eagles Pledge, Eagles Prayer, and sing the Eagles Hymn.
𝟖. 𝐉𝐨𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐎𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐫 (𝐎𝐑𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒).
𝟗. 𝐈𝐍𝐃𝐔𝐂𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍. Culminating your journey into our ranks, the Induction phase celebrates your official entry as a member of The Fraternal Order of Eagles - Philippine Eagles Inc. It's a significant milestone where you're formally recognized in a solemn ceremony as part of our esteemed brotherhood, ready to soar to new heights together.
From here you will be allowed to use the Eagles insignia, the Eagles handshake, and be officially called as "Kuya".
