𝐈𝐍 𝐏𝐇𝐎𝐓𝐎𝐒 | 𝐈𝐍𝐃𝐔𝐂𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐒𝐀𝐒𝐇𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐂𝐄𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐎𝐍𝐘

𝐎𝐧 𝐉𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝟑𝟎, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, 𝑫𝒂𝒚 1 𝒐𝒇 𝒕𝒉𝒆 8𝒕𝒉 𝑹𝒆𝒈𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒍 𝑴𝒊𝒅-𝒀𝒆𝒂𝒓 𝑪𝒐𝒏𝒗𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 was marked by the meaningful Induction and Sashing Ceremony of the Regional Executive Boards of Region VII, formally inducting a new roster of leaders who are set to carry forward the mission and vision of the organization. The ceremony was officiated by the 𝑹𝒆𝒈𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒍 𝑪𝒐𝒖𝒏𝒄𝒊𝒍 𝑨𝒅𝒗𝒊𝒔𝒆𝒓, 𝑴𝒓. 𝑬𝒓𝒘𝒊𝒏 𝑨. 𝑭𝒆𝒍𝒊𝒔𝒊𝒍𝒅𝒂, 𝑪𝑷𝑨, whose presence added distinction and significance to the occasion.

The event symbolized a moment of transition and renewal, as newly elected officers were officially welcomed into their respective positions and adorned with their sashes—an emblem of trust, responsibility, and readiness to serve. Before delegates, advisers, and partner institutions, each officer took on the challenge of leadership with a shared commitment to integrity, excellence, and collective progress.

More than a formal rite, the ceremony highlighted the essence of leadership as a call to action. It underscored the responsibility of the new Regional Executive Boards to lead with purpose, to represent the voices of their constituents, and to work hand in hand toward initiatives that will strengthen the region and its member institutions.

As part of the opening day of the 8th Regional Mid-Year Convention, the Induction and Sashing Ceremony set the tone for the days ahead—one anchored in unity, dedication, and service. With renewed enthusiasm and a clear sense of direction, the Regional Executive Boards of Region VII now step forward, ready to transform vision into action and to lead the region toward greater heights.

As the 8th Regional Mid-Year Convention comes to an end, we extend our deepest gratitude to everyone who made this event possible despite some circumstances along the way. Challenges may have tested us, but they never diminished the passion, commitment, and unity shown by our organizers, partners, speakers, delegates, and volunteers. Instead, these circumstances highlighted our resilience and our shared determination to move forward together.
