Cawayan, designed to acknowledge and celebrate the exceptional academic accomplishments among the young members of our local community.

1. Must be A resident of Barangay Cawayan, Dalaguete
2. Must NOT a recipient of any scholarship or any private or government funded assistance or scholarship (e.g 4P's, Silaw, DOST, TES grantees, and the likes)
3. For Grade 6 and Grade 12 Graduates - Must be a recipient of any of the following honors from any public or private schools for the year 2023:
