Every step we take carries the lessons, sacrifices, and guidance of the fathers who walked before us. From teaching us our first steps to helping us find our own path, fathers are the steady footprints that lead us forward through life’s journeys.

Their strength is often found in quiet sacrifices, their love in unwavering support, and their presence in the confidence they instill within us. Behind every achievement, every dream pursued, and every challenge overcome is a father who believed in us long before we believed in ourselves.

Today, we honor the men who lead with courage, love with sincerity, and inspire through their actions. Thank you for being our guide, our protector, and our source of strength.

𝘿𝙖𝙝𝙞𝙡 𝙖𝙣𝙜 𝙋𝙖𝙜-𝙞𝙗𝙞𝙜 𝙖𝙮 𝙈𝙖𝙥𝙖𝙜𝙥𝙖𝙡𝙖𝙮𝙖, 𝙖𝙣𝙜 𝙞𝙗𝙞𝙜𝙞𝙣 𝙠𝙖 𝙖𝙮 𝙋𝙖𝙠𝙞𝙠𝙞𝙗𝙖𝙠𝙖.

Sa mundong patuloy na nagtatakda kung sino ang "katanggap-tanggap," ang pagpili na maging totoo sa sarili ay isang uri ng katapangan. Ang paghawak sa kamay ng taong mahal mo nang walang takot, ang pagpapakilala sa sarili nang buong pagmamalaki, at ang paghingi ng respeto na matagal nang dapat ipinagkakaloob—lahat ng ito ay anyo ng pakikibaka.

Ngunit hindi dapat maging laban ang pag-iral. Hindi dapat kailangang ipaglaban ang karapatang magmahal.

𝓣𝓱𝓲𝓼 𝓟𝓻𝓲𝓭𝓮 𝓜𝓸𝓷𝓽𝓱, we honor those who came before us and stand beside those who continue to fight for equality today. Bilang mga edukador, tungkulin nating lumikha ng mga espasyong ligtas, inklusibo, at mapagkalinga—mga lugar kung saan lahat ay malayang maging sila.

Sapagkat ang pag-ibig ay hindi kailanman naging pagkakamali. Ang diskriminasyon ang dapat iwaksi. Ang pagkapoot ang dapat itama.
Kaya ngayong Pride Month, hindi lamang tayo nagdiriwang.

Every cent entrusted to the Council is treated with utmost responsibility and care. This report reflects our commitment to transparency, accountability, and integrity in managing all allocated funds throughout the 2nd semester. Each expense recorded and each budget utilized represents a decision made with purpose, always prioritizing the needs of the community and the success of our programs.

With this report, the Budget and Finance Committee fulfills its duty of maintaining a transparent and well-documented account of all financial activities, ensuring that every transaction is properly recorded and responsibly managed.

𝟮𝗡𝗗 𝗦𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗥 | 𝗟𝗘𝗚𝗜𝗦𝗟𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗩𝗘 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗢𝗟𝗨𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗢𝗥𝗗𝗘𝗥𝗦

As the Second Semester progressed, the Educators’ Council advanced its legislative mandate through the passage of Legislative Resolution Orders that articulated collective intent, institutional direction, and student-centered advocacy. These resolutions served as formal expressions of consensus—crafted through deliberation, grounded in representation, and reflective of the Council’s responsibility to give voice to the academic community.

Each Legislative Resolution Order embodied the principles of participatory governance, translating concerns, priorities, and shared values into concrete policy positions and institutional actions. Through these measures, the Council upheld its role as a legislative body committed not only to procedure, but to purpose—ensuring that decisions were inclusive, informed, and aligned with the welfare of future educators.

Throughout the Second Semester, the Executive Council exercised its mandate through a series of Executive Orders designed to ensure continuity, accountability, and effective governance within the organization. These issuances served as formal instruments for decision-making, addressing operational needs, clarifying institutional processes, and responding to emerging concerns faced by the student body.

Each Executive Order was grounded in responsibility and foresight, reflecting the Council’s commitment to transparent leadership, structured implementation, and service-oriented action.
