Every cent entrusted to the Council is treated with utmost responsibility and care. This report reflects our commitment to transparency, accountability, and integrity in managing all allocated funds throughout the 2nd semester. Each expense recorded and each budget utilized represents a decision made with purpose, always prioritizing the needs of the community and the success of our programs.

With this report, the Budget and Finance Committee fulfills its duty of maintaining a transparent and well-documented account of all financial activities, ensuring that every transaction is properly recorded and responsibly managed.

As the Second Semester progressed, the Educators’ Council advanced its legislative mandate through the passage of Legislative Resolution Orders that articulated collective intent, institutional direction, and student-centered advocacy. These resolutions served as formal expressions of consensus—crafted through deliberation, grounded in representation, and reflective of the Council’s responsibility to give voice to the academic community.

Each Legislative Resolution Order embodied the principles of participatory governance, translating concerns, priorities, and shared values into concrete policy positions and institutional actions. Through these measures, the Council upheld its role as a legislative body committed not only to procedure, but to purpose—ensuring that decisions were inclusive, informed, and aligned with the welfare of future educators.

Throughout the Second Semester, the Executive Council exercised its mandate through a series of Executive Orders designed to ensure continuity, accountability, and effective governance within the organization. These issuances served as formal instruments for decision-making, addressing operational needs, clarifying institutional processes, and responding to emerging concerns faced by the student body.

Each Executive Order was grounded in responsibility and foresight, reflecting the Council’s commitment to transparent leadership, structured implementation, and service-oriented action. Collectively, these directives strengthened internal coordination, reinforced organizational discipline, and aligned initiatives with the Council’s overarching vision and objectives.

The Educators’ Council proudly releases its Second Semester Transparency Report on Meetings, reflecting the unwavering commitment, active participation, and collaborative efforts of its officers, representatives, and committee members throughout the semester. Through legislative sessions, general meetings, and special discussions, the Council continuously upheld transparency, accountability, and responsive leadership in serving the Magtutudlo community.

The meetings conducted during the second semester became vital platforms for discussing constitutional amendments, organizational initiatives, budget resolutions, partnerships, university-wide activities, and student-centered programs. These gatherings also strengthened coordination among committees and officers, ensuring that plans, policies, and initiatives were carried out efficiently and purposefully.

The consistent engagement and dedication of Council members contributed to informed decision-making, productive collaboration, and meaningful outcomes that supported both organizational growth and student welfare. Each meeting reflected the Council’s mission of fostering participative governance, responsible leadership, and quality service beyond expectation.

Greetings, fellow 𝐌𝐚𝐠𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐥𝐨! The 19th to 28th Legislative Sessions of the Educators’ Council reflected a semester grounded in progress, collaboration, and strengthened governance. Throughout these sessions, the Council continued to uphold transparency and accountability through the approval of resolutions, constitutional discussions, committee updates, partnerships, and preparations for various student-centered initiatives and events.
From establishing partnerships with local businesses, implementing guidelines for major activities such as Pasko sa Gugma ug Kaalam and the Teaching Internship Pinning Ceremony, to initiating constitutional amendments and conducting discussions for the Constitutional Convention, every legislative session became a platform for active participation and collective decision-making.
The second semester sessions also highlighted the continuous efforts of committees in advancing their respective initiatives, reinforcing organizational operations, and ensuring that every resolution and program aligns with the needs and welfare of the Magtutudlo community.
Together, these legislative sessions showcased the Council’s dedication to responsive leadership, institutional growth, and meaningful service beyond expectations.

𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐍𝐒𝐏𝐀𝐑𝐄𝐍𝐂𝐘 𝐑𝐄𝐏𝐎𝐑𝐓 | General and Emergency Meetings (11th–16th)

Greetings, fellow 𝐌𝐚𝐠𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐥𝐨! The 11th to 16th General and Emergency Meetings of the Educators’ Council served as important avenues for collaboration, organizational planning, and transparent communication among Council officers and student leaders.
Throughout these meetings, the Council discussed significant updates and initiatives, including legislative reports, constitutional amendments, university-related concerns, commencement exercises preparations, leadership nominations, executive orders, budget assessments, and year-end activities. These meetings also became platforms for presenting primers and proposals for various student-centered programs such as Pasko sa Gugma ug Kaalam, Women’s Month initiatives, HIV Awareness Month, Youth Empowerment initiatives, and the CNU-EC Year End Party.
The discussions and collaborative decision-making during these meetings reflected the Council’s dedication to responsive leadership, accountability, and proactive service in addressing both organizational matters and the needs of the Magtutudlo community.
Through continuous dialogue and cooperation, the Council remained committed to fostering transparency, strengthening student participation, and ensuring that every initiative and undertaking contributes to meaningful and inclusive student leadership.

As this academic year draws to a close, we pause—not just to look back, but to reflect on the dedication that shaped every step of our service.

To serve in the Educators’ Council is to believe that leadership begins with listening, grows through collaboration, and finds meaning in every learner we stand for. In moments seen and unseen, service became our shared language.

Gratitude fills this closing chapter—for the trust placed in us, the support that carried us forward, and the collective commitment that turned responsibilities into purpose. These are the values we take with us beyond this term.

Through the lens of Peping’s Photography Studio, some of these moments were captured, preserving pieces of a journey defined not simply by the positions we held, but by the impact we created together.
