Camotes Island Youth Representatives join the CPYDO x CPDRRMO DRRM Orientation

This program is just the beginning of the youth development programs that the Cebu Provincial Government aims to implement in their plan to invest in the youth and the youth leaders of Camotes Islands are looking forward to that !

The training was attended by the LYDO Ms. Kevin and SKF Representatives of Poro, SKF Representative of Tudela and SKF President of San Francisco together with youth staff Renoel Miao and Community Junior Responder Clive T. Lim

We are enthusiastic at the idea of collaboration among the 4 island municipalities of Camotes and hope that this will bring us further to our goals of youth empowerment 🤍

It's a wonderful day for grassroots sports in San Francisco!

Last Week, we were able to send our sepak takraw girls coached by sir Sherwin Rosauro to the Batang Pinoy Qualifying Tournament that was held in Minglanilla and this weekend with the support of our coaches and parents, our Badminton Team coached by sir Julious Demakiling was able to join the qualifying tournament at Abellana, as of today we have 2 athletes who were able to qualify 1 representative from age bracket 8 - 11 for badminton and 1 for chess coached by sir Michael Ostria they will be competing at the National Level representing the Province of Cebu Region 7

We would like to give thanks to our beloved Municipal Mayor Aldredo A. Arquillano and Vice Mayor Aly Arquillano for supporting our athletes and making the process easier for them to receive support, Thank you !

Supporting the grassroots goes as far as giving them the opportunities and avenues to improve their skills by exposing them to bigger stages, this is just the beginning of improved support to our grassroots training program, we thank all the coaches and parents for training and supporting these remarkable athletes!

Kamo ang Garbo sa atoa lungsod 🤍

Tribal Xtyle & SK Federation San Francisco presents..

In celebration of Linggo ng Kabataan in San Francisco, It is Day 1 of the 1st ever Free Dance Workshop sponsored by LGU San Francisco and SK Federation in partnership with Tribal Xtyle Dancers

The activity aimed to provide training on fundamental knowledge on Hip - Hop Dance through the Choreo Master Class taught by none other than the Kirk Jevin Pesalbon & Rusel Balucos who are members of the dance group who won as the Champions of the World Supremacy Battlegrounds Cebu Leg

Hip - hop dance groups from all over camotes participated in the workshop to improve their skills and hone their talents in choreography. As we open our doors to talented individuals from other municipalities, we also aim to create a San Francisco Hip - Hop Dance Council that will provide an avenue for further development of our youth and also provide an opportunity for this organization to sit at the San Francisco Local Youth Development Council, so that their voices will always have a reserved seat at the table when it comes to future developments in our town

Every community deserves to be heard. Every community deserves to be seen, and Every community deserves to belong.

This event would not be made possible if not for the hardwork and detemination of sir Reymar Jeff Otero and Tribal Xtyle Dancers and of course master Jimbo Maurillo Ibarra, thank you for your passion and commitment to the Hip-Hop Dance Community, the LGU and SK extends our heartfelt gratitude to the both of you, it is our pleasure to be able to provide and contribute to this community.

Also to our sponsor sa lights ma'am ALieG Geila Alutsim thank you so much for your support 🤍

Thank you Kabatan-onan for participating! Kitakits sa sunod na mga kalihokan !

SUSIHON TA! | ABTIK VOTERS’ EDUCATION SEMINAR

On August 23, 2026, the ABTIK Voters’ Education Seminar, entitled “SUSIHON TA!”, was successfully conducted at Barangay Northern Poblacion, San Francisco, Cebu, in partnership with the SSLG.

The seminar aimed to empower the youth by providing them with essential knowledge and awareness about responsible voting and informed decision-making. It emphasized the importance of understanding the electoral process, evaluating information critically, and making wise choices as future voters and responsible citizens.

The activity featured insightful discussions from our distinguished speakers: Mx. Romer C. Ranoco II, Hon. Christina Marie Liaz, Bringhart Ordesta, and Carolyn M. Sampan. Their valuable insights and experiences helped the participants better understand the importance of voter education, civic responsibility, and meaningful youth participation.

More than simply learning about the voting process, “SUSIHON TA!” encouraged the youth to ask questions, verify information, understand the issues, and make decisions based on facts rather than popularity or influence.

The activity was made possible through the collective efforts of the organizers, speakers, partners, volunteers, and participants who shared the same goal of promoting an informed and responsible generation of young voters.

Let us be informed. Let us choose wisely. Let us make every vote count. 🇵🇭🗳️

Today marks another milestone for the K' Ready Ka: Community Junior Responders Program as our trainees successfully completed Level 2 - Basic First Aid Training.

The day concluded with a comprehensive assessment designed to evaluate both knowledge and practical skills. Participants underwent a Basic First Aid Simulation, a Mass Casualty Incident (MCI) and Incident Command System (ICS) Simulation, and a Written Examination, allowing them to apply the concepts and techniques they have learned throughout the course.

These assessments challenged our future Community Junior Responders to think critically, work effectively as a team, and respond confidently under pressure - essential qualities in real - life emergency situations.

Congratulations to all our trainees for successfully completing another level of the program. Your dedication, discipline, and commitment to learning bring you one step closer to becoming competent and service - oriented Community Junior Responders ready to serve the Municipality of San Francisco.

Train with Purpose. Respond with Courage. Serve with Compassion.
