TUNGAS, LUSARAN!
Three months after the storm, recovery continues---slow, difficult, but hopeful!

Last Friday, February 20th, some of our Wakuwork staff together with the Cebu City official, visited Brgy. Lusaran three months after Typhoon Tino and saw both progress and ongoing struggles. Cleared roads, passable pathways show resilience, yet many homes remain unrepaired due to limited resources and manpower.

Some families--especially those near the river-have no choice but to stay, rebuilding small spaces, just to have a roof over their heads. Recovery is slow and life remains difficult, but the people of Lusaran continue to move forward with quiet strength and hope.
