𝐒.𝐏.𝐎.𝐓 𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐎𝐆𝐍𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐑𝐈𝐓𝐄𝐒 & 𝐂𝐎𝐌𝐌𝐄𝐌𝐎𝐑𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐕𝐄 𝐏𝐋𝐀𝐐𝐔𝐄 𝐔𝐍𝐕𝐄𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐍𝐆

With gratitude and honor, the Senior Public-Service and Order Training held its recognition rites for the completers and volunteers of the Summer S.P.O.T Training Course (S.T.C), yesterday, June 26, 2026 at the SCSC-NC FGD room. Afterwards, an enlightening address was given by Student Activity Program (SAP) officer, Jose Neo to kick off the second part of the ceremony. Shortly, a commemorative plaque was unveiled in honor of the S.P.O.T Batch 2024-2025 after showing respect and dignity to the country’s flag through the flag burning ceremony held last May 13, 2025.

To the S.P.O.T Batch 2024-2025, thank you for leaving a great legacy, may you continue to inspire more generations of officers to come. From this day on, the recruits— now PS 3rd Class Officers are expected to serve and to uphold 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽, 𝗣𝗮𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗼𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗺, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 when duty calls, whether planned or on the spot this S.Y. 2026-2027.

𝐒𝐔𝐌𝐌𝐄𝐑 𝐒.𝐓.𝐂 𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐀𝐏

The Senior Public-Service and Order Training held the continuation of its Summer S.P.O.T Training Course (S.T.C) last June 18-20, 22, 26, 2026 at the San Carlos School Of Cebu- North Campus grounds. The training regimen focused on honing the discipline and leadership skills of the recruits. The officers also took their time in teaching them the commands and the vital duties of the organization to fully prepare them for officership.

The Senior Public-Service and Order Training proudly commends the recruits for successfully becoming official members of the S.P.O.T Batch 2026-2027, after showing that they can 𝗔𝗻𝘀𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗹, 𝗕𝗲 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲 𝗪𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗛𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗿.

The Senior Public-Service and Order Training proudly announces the new line of executives and 1st class officers for the upcoming A.Y. 2026-2027. These officers are to be role models as Carolinians, while extending their selfless service to the San Carlos School of Cebu community.

As another chapter starts, we vow to uphold a lasting legacy of 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩, 𝐏𝐚𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐦, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞. As well as to remind ourselves to always 𝐀𝐧𝐬𝐰𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐥, 𝐁𝐞 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐝, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐞 𝐖𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐇𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐫.

Yesterday, June 20, 2026, Color Officers from Senior Public-Service and Order Training (S.P.O.T.) served with honor, patriotism, and dedication at the Lapu-Lapu Cebu International College (LCIC), 2nd Commencement Rites.

Thank you to the organizers for inviting and entrusting S.P.O.T. to commemorate this unforgettable chapter with you. Congratulations to the graduates! May you continue to lead and inspire.

𝐒𝐔𝐌𝐌𝐄𝐑 𝐒.𝐓.𝐂. | 𝐃𝐀𝐘 𝟏

The Senior Public-Service and Order Training officially commenced its Summer SPOT Training Course for this year’s Batch 2026-2027 last June 17, 2026– held at the San Carlos School of Cebu- North Campus grounds.

The first day of training focused on enhancing the recruit’s unity and camaraderie with each other with physical and mental activities. Aside from that, the day included teaching the recruits the basic commands and making sure they execute them correctly.

As a new beginning arises for the Senior Public-Service and Order Training (S.P.O.T), the officers have started to interview applicants for the Summer SPOT Training Course (S.T.C), held this June 15, 2026 at the San Carlos School of Cebu-North Campus in IK 104 FGD Room.

Afterwards, an orientation was held in order for the recruits to familiarize themselves with the values, duties, and systems incorporated within the organization.

We are now accepting applications for the A.Y. 2026-2027 for up and coming Grade 12 students who are willing to serve the San Carlos School of Cebu- Senior High School Department with Leadership, Unity, and Courage.

All applicants must undergo S.T.C or S.P.O.T. Training Course, where they will be equipped with the discipline and the necessary skills to become bonafide S.P.O.T. officers. In this course, applicants will foster the value of 𝑳𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒉𝒊𝒑 to carry out important tasks, 𝑳𝒐𝒚𝒂𝒍𝒕𝒚 towards the country’s flag, and 𝑺𝒂𝒄𝒓𝒊𝒇𝒊𝒄𝒆 in the name of unity and service for others.
