We are looking to celebrate and recognize the next generation of franchise leaders in the industry. Do you have a business that needs more capital, people or time to grow? Franchising has helped thousands of entrepreneurs accelerate their business growth. The Philippine Franchise Association is searching for young business owners w
ho can be the next franchise success stories. Get a chance to pitch your big ideas to investors, top industry consultants, vendors and a range of experts eager to help new concepts and young entrepreneurs grow. Best of all, winners will be introduced to many of the biggest companies and most successful entrepreneurs in the industry. Will you be one of them? What is the NextGen in Franchising contest?
• The NextGen in Franchising is part of a global search initiated by the US-based International Franchise Association (IFA), it seeks to promote franchising as tool to accelerate business growth and recognize the brands & businesses that can scale up through franchising
Who can join?
• Business owners 18 to 35 years old
• Have at least 1 operating store/prototype or proof of concept
• Has potential to franchise, but not yet franchising
Requirements (Deadline on or before Aug 14, 2015)
• Submit an application form
• Executive summary of your business & how franchising can help it grow (1 to 2 pages)
• Create an ad to sell your idea (choose a medium)
• Video (2 to 3 mins)
• Print Ad/s
• Powerpoint sales pitch (5 slide max.) Prizes
• Top finalists will be invited to the Philippine Franchise Association (PFA) Franchise Excellence Awards where you will meet the biggest & most successful entrepreneurs in the industry. From there, just about anything can happen!
• The top winner will be included in the global search for the NextGen in Franchising USA

• Franchisability of the concept
• Uniqueness & Creativity 25%
• Marketability 15%
• Adaptability of concept to other markets 15%
• Teachability of concept 10%
• Profitability 10%
• Quality of presentation materials 25%
