On September 6, 2026, the Abellana NS-Rover Scouts joined the celebration of Walk with Mary, a meaningful journey of faith, prayer, and devotion to the Blessed Virgin Mary. The scouts were assigned to accompany and assist with the karosa throughout the procession, helping carry and guide it as they walked alongside the community. With hearts united in prayer, they carried out their responsibility with reverence, patience, and dedication while offering their intentions and seeking Mary’s guidance in their journey closer to God.

Through this solemn walk, we reflected the values of faith, service, humility, and teamwork. Being entrusted with the karosa was more than simply a responsibility—it was a meaningful opportunity to serve and show devotion to Mary. Their participation reminded everyone that through simple acts of service, we can live out our faith and follow Mary’s example of love, obedience, and unwavering trust in God.

Day 1 of the 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 was filled with meaningful learnings about 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝘆, her faith, humility, courage, and service. We actively participated in the discussions by answering the questions from our discussants and sharing our thoughts. Through our group sharing, we had the chance to express ourselves, build confidence, and connect with fellow Scouts. We also brought energy and joy to everyone through an exciting energizer and an engaging presentation.

We ended the day with the 𝗛𝗼𝗹𝘆 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘀 and 𝗛𝗼𝗹𝘆 𝗥𝗼𝘀𝗮𝗿𝘆, giving thanks to God for the lessons, friendships, and experiences we shared. It was a day filled with faith, fellowship, confidence, service, and Scout Spirit.
