Please be advised that starting ๐ ๐ผ๐ป๐ฑ๐ฎ๐, ๐๐๐ด๐๐๐ ๐ญ๐ฌ, ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฒ, ๐จ๐ฉ๐ง๐๐๐ฉ ๐๐ค๐ข๐ฅ๐ก๐๐๐ฃ๐๐ with the College of Nursing Uniform Policy will be implemented.

All BS Nursing students across all year levels are required to wear the complete official nursing uniform and display their valid school ID and nameplate (if available) while on campus from ๐๐ค๐ฃ๐๐๐ฎ ๐ฉ๐ค ๐๐๐ฉ๐ช๐ง๐๐๐ฎ, including lecture classes, skills laboratory sessions, simulation activities, and clinical duties.

โ๐๐ฎ๐ถ๐ฟ: Tied back neatly and off the face for females. Neat, professional haircut for males.
โ๐๐ผ๐ผ๐๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฟ: Black closed shoes with skin-toned stockings for females. Black shoes with white socks for males. For clinical duties, the prescribed white clinical shoes must be worn.
โ๐๐ & ๐ก๐ฎ๐บ๐ฒ๐ฝ๐น๐ฎ๐๐ฒ: Must be visibly worn at all times while on campus and during clinical-related activities.

1. For lecture classes, a simple wedding ring may be worn for married students.
2. During clinical duties (skills laboratory, simulation, and hospital/clinical exposure), jewelry is strictly prohibited, including rings, bracelets, necklaces, and earrings.
3. A functional analog wristwatch with a second hand is strongly recommended for all clinical-related activities.

Students who fail to comply with the prescribed uniform and grooming standards should be managed in accordance with the Student Handbook and College of Nursing Departmental Policies. Consistent implementation by all faculty members is essential in promoting professionalism, discipline, and preparedness expected of future nurses.
