"HANGAROUND, PROSPECT/PROBATE AND FULLPATCH"
Hangaround
"You're on the outside looking in."
Being a hangaround means you aren’t in the club yet. You’re there to find out if this brotherhood is really what you want, or if the lifestyle is more than you can handle. While you’re figuring yourself out, the club is watching you, judging whether you have the backbone to even make it to the starting line as a prospect.
Prospect / Probate
"You're carrying the colors, but you haven't earned the right to wear them all."
As a prospect, you have a foot in the door. You're wearing the club's name, which means your actions reflect on every single brother. Every word out of your mouth and every move you make is under a microscope. This is your time to shut up, listen, and learn. Study the history, know the officers, memorize the rules, and prove you have what it takes to protect the patch.
Full Patch
"Getting the patch isn't the finish line it's the starting gate."
When you get your full patch, the real work begins. You are finally a brother, carrying the exact same weight and responsibility as the men beside you. Never get comfortable and never get soft. Wearing the full colors doesn’t mean you know everything; it means you’ve finally earned the right to stand on the front lines with the rest of us.
"We’ve put together a brief overview of our club’s culture and the journey members take through our various phases. Please take a look did we miss anything? We’d love to hear your thoughts or learn how your own experiences compare. Drop a comment below!"
