Alu-Tucp Worker's Training Center Foundation, Inc. training center The Associated Labor Unions (ALU-TUCP) is a critical tripartite partner in skills development.

It believes that with competitive skills, workers and job seekers will have better access to decent work and a better life. Through the training center, ALU-TUCP:
* Raised the bar of trade union role in the world of work;
* Contributes to the government’s employment generation program;
* Enhances service to members, families and communities;
* Empowers workers and job seekers to obtain better paying job and/or self employment and thus, move towards economic independence.
