The orientation served as an opportunity for the new members to learn more about RAY, its mission, and what it means to journey together as young people in faith and service.

Our Campus Ministry Director, Rev. Fr. Jose Alden B. Alipin, OAR also shared a message with the new members, encouraging them to embrace this new journey with an open heart, a willingness to serve, and a deeper commitment to growing in faith.

May this orientation be the beginning of a meaningful journey with RAYโ€”growing together, serving together, and drawing closer to Christ through the spirit of Augustinian Recollect youth.

Welcome to RAY, our new aspirants!

O Dearest Mother of Jesus, your fiat led us to our salvation. Your selfless love towards God and mankind became the way through which Jesus was able to come down on earth and showed us how to be holy. Thank you, Mama Mary, for your great role. Teach us to love God as self-giving as you did.
Lead us to your Son. Amen.๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ

On this day, RAY members took a step back from the daily noise to represent the Campus Ministry of USJ-R Main Campus and attended the annual Archdiocesan Campus Ministry Pakighimamat at SWU Coliseum with the theme "๐“๐š๐ค๐ž ๐‚๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ๐š๐ ๐ž! ๐ˆ ๐ก๐š๐ฏ๐ž ๐จ๐ฏ๐ž๐ซ๐œ๐จ๐ฆ๐ž ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐–๐จ๐ซ๐ฅ๐" (John 16:33).

The program started with the celebration of Holy Mass by Msgr. Rogelio Fuentes, PC, grounding ourselves in the Eucharist and taking a quiet moment to focus on what matters most. Shortly after, the guest speaker, Rev. Fr. Samuel Mary Leidel, CSJ, delivered a meaningful talk on navigating life, faith, and love as a young person in todayโ€™s world. โ€‹Later in the afternoon, everyone participated in an activity until it was time to pray the rosary as one big community. Hearing dozens of young voices united in prayer was one of the most powerful highlights of the day.โœจ

Between the serious talks and small-group discussions, participants never forgot to smile and have fun. โ€‹Left the venue feeling tired yet recharged, inspired, and grateful for RAY. Here is to living out what we learned today!๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ’š
