Evening Special Rosary for the Feast of Our Lady of Mount Carmel

On this Feast of Our Lady of Mount Carmel, the Salesians, Boys Home residents, and trainees humbly offer their Rosary and all their prayer intentions to our Blessed Mother.

With grateful hearts, we thank Mary for her constant love, guidance, and the countless blessings she has bestowed upon us. We pray for continued goodness and peace throughout the world. We remember all who are sick, poor, and in need, those who have lost their faith in God and in Jesus Christ our Savior, and all who carry silent burdens and suffer in ways that others may never fully understand.

Through the loving intercession of Our Lady of Mount Carmel, may these Rosary prayers be heard. May she guide, protect, and strengthen every boy who sincerely entrusts his intentions to her maternal care. May they grow in faith, hope, and love, and may their dreams and aspirations be fulfilled according to God's holy will.

Our heartfelt thanks to the BFP Liloan, Cebu, for conducting the annual Fire Safety Orientation and Fire Drill. Your valuable training reminds us that safety is everyone's responsibility.

We learned the proper use of firefighting equipment and how to respond effectively during fire emergencies. The activity also emphasized the importance of being physically and mentally prepared, as readiness can make a significant difference when disasters occur.

The following day, June 6, 2026, the boys were given an orientation tour of the different areas of the home and were introduced to the policies, guidelines, and expectations of living at Don Bosco Boys’ Home, which will serve as their second home. The tour started at the computer laboratory, and continued to the study hall, library, dormitory, Papa Hall, refectory, and chapel. Throughout the tour Father Orly, the Rector, carefully and patiently explained the purpose of each area and reminded the boys that they had been specially chosen to become part of the Don Bosco Boys Home family.

Welcome Home, Bosconians!

Today, June 5, 2026, Don Bosco Boys' Home, Inc. warmly welcomes both our returning and new residents for the official admission of School Year 2026–2027!

We kicked off their journey with an orientation on our rules and regulations, giving a special, warm welcome to our new Grade 7 boys. Fr. Orly, alongside the entire Boys' Home Team, officially welcomed the boys as we look forward to a great journey ahead together.

Summer memories that last a lifetime! ☀️

Our boys from Don Bosco Boys' Home - Liloan recently returned from an incredible week at the annual summer camp in Badian, Cebu (April 13-18, 2026). Joining forces with other youth agencies, our boys immersed themselves in the theme: "Fostering Mental Health by Strengthening Child Security and Belongingness."
From the refreshing waters of Kawasan Falls and the nearby sea to the vibrant energy of the Barrio Fiesta, every moment was designed to build community and resilience. Whether it was through insightful talks, team games, or the warmth of the bonfire, our boys truly felt the power of belonging.
We hope the lessons learned and the friendships made stay with them forever.
