Requirements:
　　• Original Grade 12 Report Card (Form 138)
　　• Original Good Moral Certificate
　　• Original PSA Birth Certificate
　　• 2 pcs. 2x2 colored picture with blue background
　　• 2 pcs. long brown envelopes

𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗦𝗙𝗘𝗥𝗘𝗘𝗦
Requirements:
　　• Original Certificate of Transfer Credentials
　　• Original Transcript of Records (TOR) for evaluation purposes (with the NSTP
serial number if NSTP 2 was completed in the previous school)
　　• Original Good Moral Certificate
　　• Original PSA Birth Certificate
　　• 2 pcs. 2x2 colored picture with blue background
　　• 2 pcs. long brown envelopes

Once enrolled, please proceed to the ICT office to get your ID. For school uniform measurements, proceed to the SAS office, except for Nursing, Pharmacy, and Criminology which will be facilitated by their respective colleges.

The University of Southern Philippines Foundation Technical Education & Skills Center invites returning, repatriated, or displaced Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) to avail of the scholarship for HOUSEKEEPING NC II under the TESDA-funded Tulong Trabaho Scholarship Program (TTSP).

The scholarship opportunity provides free technical-vocational education, direct employment linkages, and financial assistance to qualified OFWs.
